We loved everything...the facility, room set up with 2 bathrooms and living rm, pool area, amenities, free bike rental, customer service, location,beach chairs, etc! The customer service was fantastic - we had stopped at the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and before we could reach our room on the 5th floor, there was someone waiting for us with the blanket. Additionally, we mentioned that our windows were hazy and smudged, and immediately someone came up to clean them. The breakfast was fantastic too! We were blown away with how fabulous this place was for our visit.

I can't think of anything we didn't like

We had a great view! partial ocean/pool view. the breakfast is satisfying to get you going for the day. The location to local restaurants and subs is within a mile walk. They do offer a ride from 5:30 pm until I think 9:30 pm, we have not used it yet but I believe it is a donation type deal ask the front desk for the information. 1 day we used the beach chairs with umbrella and table for the day at the beach located right across the street.

ALLOWING DOGS IN THE RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing more annoying than a barking dog in the restaurant while you are trying to eat breakfast! And the elevator broke for a couple of days that we were there.

The property was right along the beach. It was a beautiful area. They had a great pool which we did not use, nice lobby area. The breakfast buffet was good although compared to other Embassy Suites I stayed at it was below average,the reception at night was below average as well compared to other Embassy Suites.

I felt the staff mostly the front desk staff really had an attitude. It seemed like it must come from management above because everybody seem to have the same attitude. They didn’t offer anything. If you wanted anything you had to ask for it such as your daily water, drink coupons they just didn’t have the hospitality feel that you should have in a Hotel.

So Much I loved about this place, The view was amazing. The rooms were very clean, ond omg The bath products were so fantastic smelled good and lest me feeling like a million bucks..lol and they had zero chemicals or dyes so important for my 8 year old daughter with sensitive skin. The breakfast was amazing the omelettes were the best part. also the beach was only like 2 mins walk minus the trip down the elevator so maybe 4mins in total. The Beach chairs were a nice complimentary add on u do have to pay for an umbrella on the beach though 15$ cash for all day isn't to bad but we honestly didn't even get one we didn't need it. Overall the housekeeping and the staff were all so nice and informative. If people have an issue with Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach is has to be them and not the hotel. We did also have dinner and lunch there 2 times during our 4 night stay and the burgers and fries are the best, the swordfish omg yum, and the fried calamari, my 8 year old had the grilled chicken and broccoli along with the burger and fries she told me i need to ask the chef for his grilled chicken recipe because his is better than mine.......LOL RUDE.

the construction going on between 9-5 and they didn't inform u of this until you check in no information was given about this prior to booking. other than the noise it was an amazing stay I would definitely stay again but maybe when they are done remodeling.

Rooms are quite large. I would recommend getting anything that faces the beach and not the city or "sunset view", there is no view. Breakfast is quite good and the pool is great. Good access to the beach and even tough you have to pay for extra beach services, it is worth it!

The hotel itself is good, however it was under renovations while we were there, so lots of noise, lots of dust. They also seem to get a lot of events during the weekend, which makes the lobby and valet quite busy and breakfast almost impossible to get a table.

The breakfast does not take into account tourists who are not used to the American diet devoid of vegetables and fruits, and in general the food was at the level of junk food. It is more challenging for people in wheelchairs to travel anyway The rooms that are considered accessible are not accessible at all for disabled people. And the conduct and attempts to explain to the team are exhausting. The delay in this respect was really difficult and unpleasant.

I loved the location.. since we were unable to go to the Caribbean as planned this was second best with the ocean vibes and clear blue waters. The beach chair service was also a plus! 2 chairs, a table, and umbrella brought right to us. I love how quiet the room was! The breakfast every day was a good option. The gym was clean and equipment well maintained. The pool was very clean as well as all the chairs and tables. The pool side food and drink service was great addition to the vacation vibe! Lilianna was so sweet and attentive. This place was just the little slice of relaxation that my husband and i needed. I also appreciated the quick feed back by text from hotel staff when i had a quick question!

I didn't like the balconies, too small, needed cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast should have other options beside pork (sausage, bacon) every day. There should be water dispenser on the floors if we were only provided 2 bottles of water each day. I had to go the pool side multiple times a day to get more fresh water.

This is our 3rd visit to Deerfield Beach and stay at Embassy Suites. We love the location, and the staff is always pleasant to deal with. There is a van to drive you to local dining and shops from 5 pm to 10 pm. Donation to the driver for the service. Information at the front desk. Our room is always wonderful, and the view from our balcony overlooking the beach.

The staff is friendly and helpful, we had the free amazing breakfast every day! Very clean and a nice sized suite! We normally stay at a different hotel a 1/2 mile away, but they were booked. First time at Embassy Suites and we actually loved it better than the usual place we stay. We will always stay here now. It was quiet, not as busy and really was able to just relax! Loved they had a manager reception every night with free drink tickets! Loved the fact that we got a text every day about how we were enjoying our stay from the Manager on duty. They are on point for customer service for sure!

Would be fun to have live music on the weekends! Have coffee available in the lobby for us 5am people. That would have been nice for my sunrise time at the beach. Pool should be heated, was freezing.

I like the rooms they had a sectional sofa pull out the king size bed spacious comfortable no Netflix only cable TV bathrooms were decent. The pool area and Jacuzzi were good. Jacuzzi didn’t really work. Great breakfast was decent. Had good options a little expensive considering there was construction going on all around the hotel.
