Nice value for the price. Tejii, the manager was very helpful in correcting my payment,which was not showing in their system. Mary, the front desk clerk was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Lina, the breakfast hostess kept the breakfast bar fully stocked, and provided assistance with a smile. They all all worked together as a team, providing an awesome customer experience, and exceed all my expectations. This was our first time staying in Fort Lauderdale, and will definitely choose this hotel in our future trip here.

The place is outdated, and they are currently in the process of updating the facility, which should be stated on their web site at the time of booking, so the customer has right to decide if they want to stay there.

Excellent customer service, staff was approachable and friendly. Our room was nice and clean and the hotel was only 5 minutes from the Chase Stadium! Very convenient. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious!

In the larger rooms maybe keep a bit more shampoos for bigger families. I had to go downstairs to ask for more shampoo for my family of 5 but other than that, everything was perfect.

The room was great. The size was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from. the room and surrounding area was well kept. The staff we friendly and extremely helpfull.

Nothing, our stay was what was expected. the only thing was the pool was not open. We would have been swimming outside (as we are Canadians) in December as it was a pleasant temperature outside.

Clean, comfortable & quiet. Staff, including those at the desk, in breakfast area & room housekeepers were very hospitable, friendly & receptive to my requests. It’s in a low key area on Powerline, and I liked that. I would stay there again.

The hotel property next door plays loud music in their party back area on weekend nights, but it didn’t really bother me since it usually ended around 11pm or midnight & my room was on the other end of the best western building. Some things possibly could use some updating but that’s minor.

Room , breakfast met our expectations. Staff worrked very hard to keep spaces as clean as possible.

My red bag with my laptop, planner and meds was left in the room by mistake. Had to call twice and was told no one had turnd in the items. Seems like the lost and found is just a shelf directly behind the front counter where it is easy for anyone to help themselves. I am not accusing any one, just hope the management has a policy in place that not turning in left items is a no-no.

The location was good. A Waffle House was next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about attractions in the area. The Inter Miami soccer stadium is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

There was some noise due to train tracks located close to the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was quiet at night. The hotel room needed some updating (carpets, bathroom) but everything worked as it should.

Staff is awesome, breakfast is great value, kindness is always appreciated. I travel to US every year to visit friends and family, this hotel is my first stop when I arrive at Fort Lauderdale (since 2019), then in the last days of my travels I use to stay around one or two days before going back home. Last year I visit the hotel in Dec 2022 before new years' eve. The hotel was fully booked (standard and double rooms); however, Daniele (The manager) offer me a room upgrade at no charge. That's what I call best customer service. I would definitely return.

Surroundings are not breathtaking. It is like a industrial zone where trucks parks around the premises. Moreover, there is a railroad cross at 300 meters from the hotel, sometimes a slight (very very slight) vibration is felt on the upper floos (4th and 5th). Despite that, once you get in the hotel premises everything is clean, well conserved and managed.

Nice property beautiful hotel. I live in the area but has to rent my house.

$100 deposit not listed on the app was told by staff “every hotel does this” mom rented a extended stay the same day at a different hotel and had no fee so they lie. Also next to a nightclub that’s loud as hell till 3 am so the peaceful rest I thought I would get was drowned out by a constant thud thud this from the beat of the nightclub next door

Facility is dated and long over due an updated fit out.

The breakfast was delicious Good Cleaning We love the kittens that greet us in the parking lot, beautiful.

We were 4 people and only 2 cloths, we asked for them and they cleaned the room and only put 2 cloths back.
