Loved the beauty of the decor in the casino restaurants, bars, and especially loved the swimming pools.

The hours of the swimming pools... why do they close at 8pm? The mattress in the room was lumpy.. Late night dining choices were slim. Dinner at the Rise restaurant was not good. French fries were crisp and hot,,but dried out. The meatloaf tasted strange. The gravy served in a little pitcher was piping hot but the mashed potatoes were cold in the middle. Hard Rock Live venue was awesome. The ushers were great handling the crowds leaving at the end of Ringo Starr concert.

The pool But the waitress at our pool was rude. She said that by going to the pool bar we are taking away her tip money and when we did order from her it took her over 30min to get our drinks. Unpleasant not worth tipping if you are rude. Otherwise the room was good the cleaning ladies were awesome.

Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel staff was disappointing. Many of them were quite rude and lacked any sympathy or warmth. It was not the welcoming atmosphere I was expecting. Also, I was surprised to find that some of the hotel's facilities were closed during the week, which limited our options for relaxation and entertainment

Everything in the hotel was very nice. The entrance and the ambiance were really nice. We went to the Hard Rock Cafe to eat and the burgers were delicious. The pool with the waterslide was amazing and there were plenty of chairs and towels to use. The concert venue was huge and the sound was great. We loved staying at this hotel.

The valet service wasn't worth the money in my opinion. Retrieving our car when we were ready to leave took longer than I would have liked.

Rooms were very large with ample storage. The musician displays were very cool. The guitar light show was amazing. The pool was beautiful and loved the waterside. The elevator security guard was appreciated. I used the no smoking section of the casino when possible.

We had a very hard time getting a view point for the light show. We asked many employees for directions and they were not helpful. They didn't seem to know about the show or where it was. We were given the wrong room number at check in. Wine was very expensive at the bars, $22 a glass for house. The air Quality was horrible due to the smoking. It was hard to get into a sports bar to watch football. Finding the correct parking garage for the hotel was confusing. We understood there was a rooftop lounge and venue but it seemed to be closed

pool was k...only one pool is open during the week and we were there on a Friday, so it was packed and very little chairs available...restaurants very expensive as well as drinks but it is the Hard rock so it was still fun!!!

Beautiful appointments and a clean aesthetic. Very over priced!!! Nice room but not worth $500 a night.

Price. Food and drink choices should be available 24 x 7. Vegas has that. If you want people gambling 24 x 7, then there should be a place to get sandwiches, drinks, fruit or something 24 x 7. $9 to withdraw money - very greedy. Never again.

It was a lively hotel!!! If you needed to relax it also catered to those needs with spa and pool. Restaurants with delicious menus. Cleaning service is impeccable. Guitar light shows are fun to watch. Very romantic feel to the hotel. Too much to talk about, just need to experience. Concierge service there to help if you have any questions.

They don’t offer room cleaning service unless you request it. they don’t make the bed change towels, vacuum the floor, nothing, four nights, and then I found out you have to request it!!!

Room beautiful and clean the pools were gorgeous even though it rainted and 4 different staff members walked me to my destinations, since I was never there before, impressed!

Paying for drinks while gambling. we dont see that in other casinos, it is usually comped everywhere else it would be a real perk if they would change that
