The breakfast is really good and I like that all the doors opened up inside the building itself safe that way

There could have been more handicap parking there's a big hospital there in the body handicapped people in that area visiting the hospital and visiting family members and friends at times I had to park quite a ways away and I'm disabled and have to use a cane or a walker and without more handicap parking in that area about the other people I saw it was making it hard for them because it was a hilly area

This was my second extended stay at this location- Front desk staff is always very accommodating and definitely one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to- you can tell the housekeepers take pride in their jobs meticulously cleaning the rooms and property in general. Beds are super comfortable… linens are clean as well as towels. Nice breakfast options. Laundry room was out of service during my stay and staff wash- dried- and folded my laundry and returned to me same day! Super appreciated:) I highly recommended this property to anyone considering its convenient location!!!

Highly recommend this hotel! At check-in, the staff member was very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean, convenient location in nice area. The room was also very clean. Bed was very comfortable!! Nice variety of food for breakfast. We would 100% stay here again!!

Would have liked hot water to make tea, I didn't see a dispenser that didn't look like it had coffee in it. The shower handle was missing a screw so it was tricky to make it work, but we managed. But that would not keep us away;)

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made a big difference after a long day. I really appreciated being placed in a handicap-accessible room, as I had just injured my back — the grab bars in the shower were incredibly helpful. It felt like the front desk attendant could read my mind, even though I hadn’t mentioned my condition. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

The room was clean. Breakfast had options that were good, although the bagels were hard. Waffle maker was a bonus. The gym had all working cardio equipment, hand weights.

I attempted to call the hotel directly to book. I was sent to a central scheduling, and the gentleman attempted to upsell me. His “discounted” rate was $30 more than was booking.com offered. When I said the website had a better rate, he became short and rude. I gladly finished booking with booking.com.

They provided us with transportation to and from HCA Hospital for my husband's surgery! Fantastic. Everything was extra clean and comfortable from the big screen tv down to those plushy pillows and bed. They are super nice. Will stay there again when my surgery comes up!!

There needs to be a bar on the right side of the shower. In the room we had the toilet seemed a little low.

We were greeted by a "smiling and friendly" young man at the front desk. He went thru reservations with us to make sure it was correct (which I appreciated) and he also to time to show us where all the facilities were, and explained about breakfast. The whole Hotel was spotless, bright and cheerful and was located close to a shopping center and plenty of dining choices. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

There wasn't anything that I did not like.

Everything was great. Customer service was excellent 👌. Reasonable price for a comfortable and clean room. I loved the Dove brand toiletries and the breakfast was so good! They had a huge selection of breakfast items. We were traveling to pick up a new puppy. Only 25 extra for our pup, which I thought was a fair price!

The only thing I didn't like was the AC didn't cool our room down fast enough so it was a little hot.

It wasn’t enough breakfast when we came down. There was no more really left. The location of the facility was perfect for me.

I didn’t like the smell of the room. I didn’t like the tub. It wasn’t really clean properly. It was a ring around it and it was some a lot of yellow stains there so if I wanted to take a bath, I could not I only could take a shower and I had to wear shower shoes

Convenience

Did not know it was an animal friendly facility. If I was aware of animals on all three floors and humans on only one floor, I would not have booked with you guys. The dog barking on our floor was a nuisance. All animals should be on the first floor so they can take them out easily when they get cranky. Riding an elevator with a barking dog is not my idea of fun!
