Friendly staff clean rooms.

Paying $ 16 for parking i thought was wrong when paying for a room.

I had to end up taking public transportation to get there (long story), so it I was relieved that the location was easy to find. With that being said, if you do not have a lot of luggage and are unable to get their shuttle, public transportation is also an option (preferably during the daytime). It is also significantly cheaper to take an uber instead of a regular taxi from MIA. The staff that greeted me were friendly and helpful. When I first entered my room, it seemed a bit aged. However, that had no negative impact on my stay. The room was very clean and had more than what I needed. I didn't use everything. There was a fridge, a single cup brewer (with hot cups, teabags, sugar etc.), a microwave, a safe (large enough to hold a laptop and was user-friendly), an iron and ironing board, a closet with clothes hangers, a chair to relax in when watching TV, a work area with a lamp and another chair, and the list continues. The bathroom had toiletries, a blow-dryer, and several towels. Additionally, the water pressure was great, and the hot water came on quickly. The a.c. worked perfectly; however, I barely used it as the weather was not that warm for me. The bed was comfortable, and I liked that there was a blackout shade. I would also say that things were relatively quiet. The hotel was conveniently located for me as it is within walking distance to places such as restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. I felt safe while there and also in the surrounding areas. There was always someone cleaning the reception area, and they did not use harsh-smelling cleaning products. After checkout, which went quite smoothly, I was able to leave my luggage for storage. I did manage to get the shuttle for my return to the airport which was a big help. I did not eat at the restaurant nor use the pool, so I am unable to provide feedback on those services.

I tried to make arrangements for airport pick-up using the Booking.com messaging system, but I did not get a response. I will admit that I wrote the night before my arrival, but seeing that they have a 24-hour front desk, it would have been nice to get some form of a response. Nonetheless, the staff at the front desk apologised when I queried the matter. There were two other things which are really minor in the whole scheme of things: a container for holding your toothbrush would have been helpful, and the lotion bottle could be a bit larger. It is really one use. Overall, I had a very good experience, and I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

I had contracted Elite Recovery Services on the Best Western Facility on-site services. In which is a medical Recover nurses assistant for Out Patients Services for a variety of facial and body plus dental Cosmetic surgery procedures. The day staff was great the evening nurse attentive was overwhelmed with patients, problems on lazy and rude to a point I over looked her errors and brought them to her attention to correct them as I am also a certified nurse in a different State with over 15 years of experience. So I had compassion on her behalf but very disappointed on having to care for myself in the evenings just bcz I didn't want to burden the nurse and muchless feel discriminated or taken things personal. I treated her as I wanted to be treated and asked her to leave kindly with tears in my eyes. The manager visited me personally the next morning told her the situation but also I didn't want to have the employee who disregarded her duties in attending my medical needs Manager apologizing with a token gesture of sending me a bowl or cup of fruit and other traveling services ended up being also just a front and never completed with what was promised and said.

I didn't like the elite Services Recovery Center using rooms knowing there had to be prepped with all essentials needed example diapers wipes gauses ointments wipe able disinfected beds chairs and pillows kinda like a hospital setting would of been better. However, I had a few ideas to make this service be more convenient for patients that travel alone.

The bed was good, the restaurant was good and the staff were great. good location and I liked the option to get a shuttle to the cruise port.

Nothing bad to say.

I liked that there was no carpeting in the room. Also it was very helpful to have a fridge and a microwave. The lobby was welcoming and the staff was friendly. I loved being able to take the shuttle to the airport on the morning we left.

I didn’t like that the air conditioner blew directly on us in the beds and we couldn’t adjust the angle of the air. I also did not like that there was no screen on the window so we couldn’t leave it open for long. The room could have been cleaner

The room was larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room featured two sinks—one inside the bathroom and another just outside—which was greatly appreciated, especially when accommodating multiple people. The television had excellent picture quality.

The only downside was that the facilities appeared slightly outdated, though nothing too significant. This was most noticeable in the elevator area, where only one of the two elevators was operational.

Shuttle service from Miami airport was very good.. Staff are friendly. There is free coffee or tea next to the reception desk . They slso have a small snack shop next. I could buy yoghurt there each day. Room was very clean and had a refrigerator and a microwave. Bed was very comfortable I rented a car, after my 2nd stay. and paid the hotel's daily parking fee.

Room was very spacious and very quiet. Great location to explore little Havana and coral gables. Bust stop for free Miami trolley just outside the hotel. Quiet area, quiet hotel and so close to the food shops too. Smooth check in and check out. Free shuttle to the airport. The only minor thing: please supply some cutlery even tea spoons. A bit of high and low dusting required too.

Beautiful

The room was clean the people that work there treat you like yr family great hospitality every was beautiful I would rent for this hotel any time words can explain how beautiful the people are in this hotel they are amazing. The food was awesome.

Good facilities

The person answering our emails was a bit rude and not really helpful. Otherwise i would have given the hotel a 10. They asked us to call the hotel when we were ready for airport pickup. We asked for an alternative as we only had data in our esim. They were sharp and did not give us any alternative. We ended up taking a taxi. We just found out their shuttle goes to the airport every half an hour, knowing this would have solved our problem and saved us the taxi money
