Great Hotel, comfy, clean and kind staff, excellent breakfast and great areas to hang out. The location is good, has a lots of restaurants and bars nearby, it is quite and relaxing.

For a 5 star Hotel, there where some ammenities missing such as sleepers, free water and bath rope Also there wheren't any large towels, just midd size. I Self parking 40$/day is unaccepable. 5 star hotels must offer free parking to their guests, specially if they have their own facilities with plenty of space

The evening when checking in the gentleman at the front desk was inattentive in the limit of being rude. He explained with almost inaudible voice the problem with the electric keyes not opening the room doors because of Microsoft’s crash and reluctantly came upstairs with us and other guests to open the doors. The top of the drawer chest needs urgent upkeep in room 727. My wife thinks she left a jacket in the lobby and it was very difficult to get someone on the phone to give us some orientation on the subject.

Beautiful hotel, easy parking resort credit of $15 day to spend in the bar breakfast was included in the price and we could take it with us if we didn't finish it all. All staff were super friendly and helpful and a special mention of David at the valet parking who was super helpful

More food variety at the pool was needed like ice creams iced coffees etc.

I like the bedroom very much, I like the balcony, and the staff made my stay this time, they are so nice. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the people were amazing. The food was ok. The swimming pool is not amazing but it is nice, and the gym is also a good one. If you wanna stay in Coral Gables you will be close to a lot of nice restaurants.

I've been here many times this time, and it already feels like home, sometimes they don't have enough personnel in the breakfast, so it takes too long, and when having a balcony, the chairs are not the best, I would expect something different since it rains I would not put the cushions or at least change them when doing the room.

The Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Front desk staff are excellent!!!! Breakfast is a highlight and the area is full of bars, restaurants and shops… Great value for money!!!

Could have a better / more comfortable selection of pillows

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were extremely clean.

Air conditioning was very loud. Beds had automatic lights attached to base and they wouldn't shut off. Watching TV was challenging - it kept on turning off. No security to get up to floors so anyone could get to your room.

Good location with a nice pool.

They offered a $15 credit to use at the bar which didn’t get applied to our bill and they did not respond to any queries about it. Also there was a large convention hosted during our stay so the common areas were very noisy and crowded.

Right in the heart of Coral Gables so we were able to get around very easily. Room was excellent. A/C was so good which was surprising. Had an issue and staff took care of it immediately.

Would like to see a bigger gym.

The hotel is a ten when traveling on business. The front desk is top rate and worked hard to attend to all my needs. I felt like I had a back office pitching in to make everything seamless. The food, while simple, hit the spot. The barkeeps are warm and unaffected. The pool area was clean and neat. Proximity to Coral Way and other Miami spots makes it a great place.

I have no complaints at all. Would stay there again if able.

Everything. We like luxury but this was a quick trip to see our son @UMiami. The Coral Gables Hyatt exceeded our expectations-a far cry from a simple business hotel we were expecting. Quaint with excellent meals, service & location. We’ll be returning! Thank you!
