The staff was fantastic, the room was great (my shower amenities were low, but filled once I asked). Appreciated the allowance to work at the hotel while waiting for my next appointment.

Really only one thing was a disappointment. The separate convenience store was extremely overpriced. 15 dollars for an ice cream bar? Even the bottled water was more expensive at store than if I just used the bottle from the room. You are already priced at a higher rate than shopping outside, yet you really do not need to charge such extravagant prices for these items.

We arrived tired having left Cayman to escape a major hurricane. My partner is heavily pregnant and was exhausted after a 5am start. Check in was very efficient and friendly, Madilynne on front desk helped us with our bags. I went to get some snacks for us once we had settled into the room, and while I was gone Madilynne had signed a lovely "Congratulations on your baby" card with all the staff on the front desk and had it delivered to the room with a complimentary parcel of healthy snacks and extra water. It was a wonderful gesture that really meant the world to us and cheered us both up after a stressful journey. It really was "above and beyond" service considering we were only staying a single night with intention of moving towards Brickell the next morning.

Nothing of any consequence

The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. The vehicle was comfortable. We used the pool on a Day Resort upon our return from our cruise and we all appreciated the chill day to simply relax before the journey home.

The cost was high for a one-night stay, but the room was comfortable. The shuttle service did make the price more amenable. The hot tub jets were not working but the water was warm and felt great.

So close to the airport, friendly staff, clean. Loved the on site restaurant options. We had an overnight layover and it was really the best case scenario in terms of value and convenience. Free shuttles every 15 minutes.

The bed was more firm than I generally prefer but it wasn’t an issue for one night and I’ve certainly encountered worse. But FYI for picky sleepers.

The hotel staff made up for the horrible time at Miami airport. I hope to never fly to them again. But the staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were kind and professional, and I will come back to stay there again. The tacos were amazing. The drinks were amazing. The room was beautiful and spacious. I am disabled and they brought my bags to my room. I was not expecting that and I am so appreciative of that. This is my first time traveling as a disabled person and traveling to Miami. And the employees at this hotel made me feel so comfortable whenever I need something, they didn't make me feel like I was bothering them, anything I needed they were so happy to help me. I was there to go on a cruise, and they made me feel so safe. If you're a person who's disabled or you're traveling with someone who's disabled. This is the best hotel for you. They had a Starbucks there I'm not a coffee drinker, but they had pizza, and that pizza was amazing. And the gentlemen there. They were just as nice as the bartenders and the reception desk. Everybody was exceptional. I was nervous about taking this trip by myself as a sole traveler and being disabled. But all fears we're gone once I got there. Thank you so much of making the beginning of my trip. Such Amazing time for me. And I appreciate it. I am no longer scared to travel by myself. The team at the hotel really made me feel loved thank you

Very comfy beds and pillows, good food and drinks, helpful and friendly staff. I also appreciated the location, which is so near to MIA - and the availability of frequent shuttles to and from the Airport. As an older customer with some mobility issues, I appreciated the attention to physical safety in the bathroom. Finally, although I am not personally of the Jewish faith, I was impressed that equal attention was paid to the Hanukkah Holiday and the Christmas Season - especially at this particular time in history. Excellent attention to detail and good management! Thank you for that!

My only complaint was that the air conditioning was on too high throughout the building for this time of the year. It needed to a little lower, as the winter months are almost upon us now. Individual room temperature adjustment wasn’t too successful. Otherwise, the stay at Marriott Miami Airport Hotel was great!

We had to spend two nights at the Miami Airport Marriott when a New England snow storm interrupted our trip from Martinique to Boston. The staff worked around our uncertain schedule. The waiters and bartenders at the Cane Fire Grille were very nice and welcoming, and served us good food during our unexpected stay.

We paid the hotel directly, which the hotel told us was their instruction from Booking.com, but we were also charged by Booking.com. I am still trying to sort this out and hope that Booking.com will refund the double charge.

It’s near the airport and in the past we stayed here quite often , and wanted to experience the changes

Actually that the dining room had no windows and, therefore, not very inviting, and the choice at the buffet has been reduced too much, but other hotels have done the same, missed the wonderful selection of fruit.

Very close to airport, it also have a shuttle to airport and back. Right in front there is a parling where you can contract a service for a few days for them to keep your car safe there while you travel.

They charge 25 dollars for a regular park at the hotel parking lot, you being a guest.

The staff was quite accomodating. I liked that there was a facility on site that I could rent a car. In addition, the shuttle service was also quite convenient.

All was Okay to satisfy my immediate needs.
