Accommodated all of my requests. Staff extremely attentive and polite. Rooms were nicer than the photos shown on site.

Pool was not used due to lack of time, but did notice water on tile floor near pool door in the interior, which could potentially lead to a serious fall. My recommendation would be for a runner mat that would be much larger than the existing one to absorb any puddles in the exit area.

We recently stayed one night at the hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. Entire staff very friendly and helpful. The bed and the pillows were very comfy. You can't beat a free breakfast! Coffee pot in the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Excellent location near 417. Pool was ok. Exercise room looked well equipped. Very clean with daily maid service. Will be staying here again in the future.

There was some road noise (not terrible) since the hotel is on a busy road. But the convenience of the location and all the other amenities outweigh the noise.

The mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel location was good. Easy access to restaurants & Walmart/ Within walking distance.

I didn’t like the fact that dogs are allowed in this hotel. Also Also, a guest brought his big fluffy dog into the breakfast food area while his wife sat at one of the tables.Plus the dog was smelly. I thought this was very inappropriate. In addition, I’m highly allergic to dogs & cats. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

The location was perfect. Literally walking distance from stores, restaurants, etc.

The parking is terrible. My wife and I came back to our room around 1am and all the parking spaces where gone. People parked under the over hang, on curbs, etc. There is a gated community right behind the hotel so you can’t parks there. Nothing directly beside the hotel. I wedge between two cars in a line under the overhang. Also, they forgot to give us the access code for Wi-Fi and our room wasn’t available when we arrived.

A good, clean, and conveniently located hotel (near USTA National Campus) where I paid $125/night (not bad since that’s with Orlando taxes and fees). Other reviewers said the breakfast was only continental, but they had eggs and protein (rotated between links, patties, and sausage gravy) when I stayed there in December 2022. My flight came in at midnight but the night clerk was able to check me in without issue (note: there is a buzzer at the front desk if they aren’t right there).

Parking was very full (which was good for occupancy for them but a pain for guests). Also I didn’t know that they allowed animals (perhaps they don’t) but one guest had a barking dog. Fortunately that room wasn’t close to mine.

Breakfast was very good on service window, food choice and quality, space and cleanliness, attentive and courteous staff Desk and management staff very good. - responsive and helpful, liked their jobs! Room was large, well furnished and well serviced. View was quiet and pleasant across the water/canal.

There’s a lot of lights in the room - the hallway lights are very bright - could these be dimmed at night? Also, the lights from the TV, alarm clock (this is dimmable, but still bright) and lights from street make it difficult to sleep (if that type thing bothers you). It’s not a deal breaker, but would make it a perfect setting for restful sleep of these things were fixed.

Nice big room with very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Some good restaurant options close by as well as a big target store. Reasonably good gym.

Nothing really. A basic 3 star standard but good value, clean and fit for purpose.

Room was clean, the place was quiet, close to many restaurants within blocks, and a nice outdoor pool shaded in the afternoon. The breakfast was also pretty good.
