Negitives first: Our room had a leak through the bathroom light, which we reported twice. We then were forced to move rooms, which we didn't want, and also forced to do this at an inconvenient time we were offered to do it early morning or at 4 pm. Due to us only having a few days in the parks and booking a universal hotel for early park admission, I was very upset about missing an hour of early park admission because we were forced to move rooms. This meant that by the time we got to the park, the wait times for our selections were a lot higher than anticipated. The lady on reception just said "well at least you won't que to get in" which i just thought was abit of a kick in the teeth because it's like saying you won't have to que outside the park just when you get in. Worse still, the park shut at 6 pm that day, meaning we had limited hours anyway. Volcano Bay, we were expecting to get there for 9.30 am for Epa. So we arrived at the bus stop at 8.45. We didn't set off until 9.20 from our hotel and arrived at about 9.45. Then coming out of the park we were at the terminal at 6.05 because we had to queue to get out, then we didn't get on the shuttle back until 6.45 so we were stood waiting with 2 hungry children and took over an hour in all to get back from volcano bay. Positives: Rooms it's self plenty spacious with 2 queen beds and ample wardrobe and drawers and mini frodge. The shuttles to city walk are regular every 20 mins. Pool is great with life vests avaliable and the quick serve bar at the pool area do a great terra smashed burger and the fries are seasoned perfectly. Inside food is also great the salmon and meatball spaghetti were both amazing and would recommend eating here after a long day. Drinks average price for a hotel stay and the $1 cup is worth buying for a keep sake. The little shop onsite was good and the staff there and at the ticket kiosk for the parks were all amazing.

Food was good at the cafe. Starbucks on site. Quick busses to Universal. Pool was clean and spacious.

Beds were very uncomfortable and hurt my back. Rooms are a little small for a family of four.

Terra Luna is a beautiful, brand-new hotel and we had a fantastic stay. One of the best perks is that you can enter the Universal parks one hour before regular opening time — we visited Epic Universe. The hotel offers free shuttles to the parks that run frequently, which made everything super easy. The pool is amazing — very large, with lifeguards, and a bar right there for drinks. There’s also a grab-and-go market with snacks and Starbucks coffee, plus a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We tried several meals and they were delicious and reasonably priced. Staff at the front desk were super friendly, and many employees had a “Hablo Español” note on their name tag, which was incredibly helpful. Everything felt well-organized and welcoming — we really enjoyed our time here.

Honestly, there’s nothing negative to mention. The hotel was great in every way, and we’d happily stay again.

We loved the Pool area. It was exactly what we needed after a long road trip. Everything was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect for all the entertainment, from International Dr to all the Universal Parks. All of the staff was amazing. For here on out, this is where we will stay for our Orlando trips.

The bedding was a little uncomfortable. I wish that there were thicker comforters. But it didn't ruin our stay at all. Other than that, I can't think of anything else

The hotel is very modern and clean! The room was very comfortable! Bed and pillows were comfortable! I like the blackout curtains! We just would have wanted more space, with 2 adults and 3 kids in a room with luggage it was a bit tight! It is very easy and convenient to take the bus and get to the amusement parks! The early admission was helped a lot!

I wish the hotel had more restaurants!

Lobby can get crowded and noisy due to design and openness. Price of parking could come down. 15$ would be my recommendation.

multiple requests (8 over the course of our stay) to fix tech issues in our room were promised, but no one ever showed up. Didn't ruin the stay, but was frustrating. Seems like they are still working out their procedures and staff communication.

Beautiful near brand new hotel. Lovely rooms with thoughtful design. Pool view is lovely. Shuttles easy to navigate and convenient. Early park entry.

Very very expensive cafe - $5 for a fruit roll up. Lights have sensors and will go off if you are too still in the room.

Property was very clean! Beds were comfortable and restroom was spotless and stocked up. Front desk associate Leah was amazing and super friendly. Property is 10 minutes away from epic universe, and bus transportation was available all day between all parks/city walk.
