Check in was very tricky. We arrived early and really needed to check in. We were told that check in was at 3:00 which we knew. But I told her the registration asked to state if we need to check in early. So I replied to that. The lady at desk said there were no rooms available. But for 35.00 she could give us a room????!??? Very tricky!

Check in could be more honest.

#1 Amazing location. The lobby had a really nice strong smell when you entered. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was very nice and stayed hot. The bed was a little hard but still good. The breakfast was basic but good (a.k.a. safe to eat, clean and no tummy aches). The staff was very nice. My remote didn’t work in my room and after telling the woman up front, a person came up within 10 mins and fixed it (he was super nice). I didn’t get to go to the pool cause of rain but all around nice time. Oh! The parking was good but after a certain time it was completely packed!

Cleanliness of the facility. The ease of checking in and checking out. No big crowds. Good coffee in the lobby though not to hot to my standard.

Breakfast was ok but omelette was dried out. If your check out is at 11 am your breakfast schedule should be the same time as you have a small area and sitting is limited. You expect people to wake up earlier just to get breakfast? Smoking area is outside the facility which is the same in most hotels but the reception staff told us if guest complains about the smoke then it will be a problem, If that's the case you guy should have a designated smoking area away from the entrance not just outside the facility.

Service is pretty great. Location is pretty queitas look safe. Most of the beaches are accessible. Staff is pretty professional. Break fast is awesome wish there e is little variety when you are there for longterm you ave eating the same breakfast. Headsup!!! Hotel has very limited rooms with the view you better get it when you check-in otherwise you world be able to switch as the hotel sells out everyday

Everything was as to be expected. Clean and welcoming. The gym was great and the staff was very kind. Free coffee and hot cocoa for the kids 24/7, that's nice to have. And the hotel is 5 minutes away from a beautiful beach.

The breakfast could be better. More fresh fruit would be great, and other things like yogurt and oatmeal ran out during breakfast hours. The place was packed when we were there. Also, the water pressure in the shower was pretty bad which is a shame.

Very clean, everyone was friendly. Great view even from the 4th floor. Check in and out was super easy. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at any hotel. Great options. Parking was easy to get in and out. Great location only a mile from the beach, shops and lots of restaurants in the area.

The only issue I had was I was told they had a heated pool outdoors. While the pool area was nice and clean the pool was definitely not heated.

Staff was extremely nice, the hotel rooms are new and extremely well maintained, fitness center is perfect for this size hotel, location was great and easy access to many of the places I needed in this area (Pompano Pier, Deerfield Beach, Ft.Lauderdale), there is a Walmart near by for easy access to supplies needed while traveling, overall highly recommend and the price is fantastic.

it was clean , staff was extremely helpfull and ---- i believe it was safe ---- liked the breakfest set up convient to all areas of pompano bch , ft laud fl i drive a ford 150 transit van , a little bigger than a big suv , no problem parking..

it could have a couple of extra coffee bags in my room. to make coffee in my room as i get up early and look for coffee. the price a was a little higher than i wanted to pay , but for a great place i can live with it.

There was plenty of parking available when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite and courteous. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage and well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast, as well as the usual coffee and juices. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, and very limited options nearby unless you were happy to drive. We would stay here again.

The refrigerator in my room had a bad odor and i didn't like how the billing was broken up in different ways also when i booked it didn't say nothing about a 100 deposit because when you traviling you kneed to know what your bill is all in one transaction.
