Great location and price .. Beach is just a 1 minute eaay walk almost across the street .. hotel has a small pool and is on the intercostal where Many yachts pass by and dock to eat at their outside bar where locals and guests enjoy themselves.. rooms are clean however noise and footsteps can be heard from the hallways when active ... all staff are extremely polite and professional and know their jobs .. this was our 3rd stay and we would gladly book Sand Harbor again .. its a comfortable hotel that locals also enjoy

Bathroom floor can be slippery when wet .. bath towels are on thinner side but no big deal to me

I liked the location of the resort and the ease of parking. The lobby and pool area are maintained and very nice. The balcony/room views are spectacular.

The room is in need of updating. The furniture updates are very nice in the room. Specifically, the walls and doors looked as if they had been repainted too times. The blinds didn’t completely close(they let too much outside light through) and one blind broke off and fell down when we closed them.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It is close to our grown children. Room has a great view of the inter-coastal waters. We love watching the boats motor up and down the waterway.

The room was fairly clean however the grout in the shower back wall has some mold. (I don't like grout cause it is so hard to keep clean.) Also, our king bed was nice and clean but a little hard for me. The AC unit is necessary but rather loud at night.

We stayed for the 4th of July. The reception was friendly and professional. They greeted us with champagne and a warm welcome. The room was clean and bright. It was a large space with a big separate bathroom/shower area, a small kitchennete with a small fridge, microwave and ample counter and cabinet space. We had a large balcony - well-equipped with 2 chairs and a table. It had a lovely view of the ocean. The opposite side of the hotel faced the intercoastal which was equally beautiful. There was a lovely bar and restaurant on site and the food was delicious. In the am, we enjoyed complimentary coffee which was rich and delicious. Fresh pastries, fruit and yogurt were also provided.

There was a lovely swimming pool but we didn't use it. There were 2 families with small children and babies occupying it. They didn't have the good sense to don waterproof swim diapers on the babies. They were wading in the pool in regular disposable diapers. That's not the hotel's fault, but perhaps they should consider posting a sign and enforce proper hygiene for children. We also traveled with a toddler but had him properly suited.

Location, amenities, pool, bar/restaurant. Staff was amazing. Front desk got rooms located near each other without asking, made us feel welcome, answered questions, gave suggestions of things to do in the area. Only wish we stayed longer.

Property is updated. Rooms are clean and new but owners did not invest in replacing doors and a few other things. Maybe that is in the works though. Wouldn’t change my mind of staying there again.

Staff were friendly and the location is very convenient (next to diving boats and only a few blocks away from the beach).

It is not a quiet location. Close to a noisy bar and random noise in the morning. I am OK with that given I am not too sensitive to noise and the location was super convenient for our diving trip.

Nice room very spacious. The balcony has a real nice view. Dock bar & pool.

Cold Shower knob did not work properly. Unable to take incoming calls. Paying for parking was not mentioned until you booked. All the other addition fees your not told until you book then fees are added on top.

The resort is at a great location,my room had an ocean view ,the size of room,walking distance to beach......but the service that the staff provided during my whole stay was exceptional!! All the staff employees were very welcoming and attentive to anything that I needed .Definitely recommend the Sanda Harbor Resort and Marina!!
