close to the beach min 3 walk, about 7-10 min walk to restaurants, cafes, ice cream , gift stores, close to the pier, very nice and helpful lady at the reception and cleaning lady unlike the manager

you pay too much for animals, $100 per pet, no matter if it's for a day or 2 weeks.The manager explains that this is a special cleaning - I understand, but I don't understand what the difference is in a special cleaning with 2 small dogs like Yorkie and one in the same room , not a nice person in the form of a manager. the water in the pool is cold and there are only 4 sunbeds for the entire pool

Easy access to very nice beach across the street. The price to stay here was well worth it and very reasonable. Quiet hotel with nice, little kitchen, but no oven, which worked out ok for us. Bring extra copper burner to cook on and bring Le Creuset braiser to make your meals in if you like to cook your own meals. King bed comfortable. Bathroom, shower and toilet we're fine. Nice changing, open closet area for clothing hanging. Would come here again, but want room with sofa.

ROKU TV was a little challenging. Couldn't get standard TV channel lineup to select regularly scheduled live shows. Had to remember my YouTubeTV login and password to access my favorite news station Fox News - not the Fox News live option via ROKU menu offered on their TV. Wish our room had a small sofa to sit on.

The room was clean as well as spacious. Furnished kitchenet was nice. No oven but great two "burner" glass top stove. Nice clean pool with a welcoming deck and chairs. Fellow guests were pleasant. Beach within walking distance, helped by a stop light for crossing.

The price was not outrageous, BUT... $200.00 hold on credit card? Puts a pinch on travelers on a budget. Not mentioned in the booking. $10.00 daily parking fee? Not mentioned in the booking. VERY limited physical in person contacts with front desk. On site lady ONLY spoke Spanish. Since we had a late check in and desk was not open A LOT of back and forth emailing of confidential documents and credit card information was VERY concerning.

Great location for a great price

I stayed at their property twice in one week and they charged my credit card twice 200.00 for incidentals and I had to keep calling them to put this back on my card and they eventually put 200 back but i kept asking for the other 200 to be put back and they stopped responding and I had to file a complaint with my credit card company and with the help of them they put it back on my card. I believe they’re hoping I’d give up so they could keep my deposit. Very questionable business practices.

The location was great, right across the street from the beach. The rooms were great value, not often you can find a reasonably priced room that is both nice and has a kitchen. It was nice to be so close to everything without being in the middle of all the busyness.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but it was okay. Wish it was a little closer to a grocery store, had to use a grocery delivery app to get these to us. Very minor thing but the uber drivers had a hard time finding the place since it's just tucked on a corner so you may have to assist with finding it.

The large room has a wonderful kitchenette and simple decor. The room is clean the bathroom is small but functional. The showerhead was really good. The mattress was a little soft as all foam mattresses are these days. Staff was lovely.

Pet Peeve: small bathroom counter space. It is impractical to have toiletries and makeup for two people on a tiny sink surface and no other surfaces available. I appreciate that space is tight but there has to be a creative solution.

Miss Clancy, who helped me out throughout the process, was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. She is definitely an asset to your company!

Never had to think about it!

I was concerned as a lot of the reviews were negative. It was quiet, clean, and updated. A large room with kitchen area, large closet. Eating table and chairs. Would reccomend this place 100%

If we were staying longer than a couple of days, a dresser or shelves I the closet would've been great for folded clothes. There was nothing not to like.

• Loved that it had a full kitchen and full-size appliances • It was very clean and well-lit • There was plenty of shelves to store clothing and luggage • Great shower pressure

* First floor noise from outside (right next to pool) • Broken/missing blinds that didn't adjust/go up and down • Needs more silverware and glasses/mugs (only 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 coffee mugs, 2 large glasses, etc.) • Bathroom was small (I would redesign to make shelving room smaller and bathroom larger) and didn't have a fan • Only one small mirror in bathroom: needs a full-size mirror in another location so one person can be showering while other is getting dressed and using it * Remotes were confusing and worked intermittently, including the AC remote. Sometimes the AC remote would turn the TV on/off. One Xfinity remote didn't work at all. Roku TV: No cable, so getting local news was a challenge. * Manager off-site, so calling her meant we had to wait 20 minutes to check in.

A gem one block from the beach in close proximity to restaurants right on the beach. Rooms are updated and quite large, this is for those who are looking for a smaller boutique hotel/motel Florida experience, not the 5 star hotel feel. Office isn't open 24/.7 Check-in is done by phone. When you arrive, you'll send your ID and CC, and they will text you back room code and information. The pool was great. I really enjoyed the fact that it was a small hotel/motel which made the pool a lot more enjoyable.

The owners should attache to the booking process on all 3rd party sites a message once booked that explains the check In process I see from the reviews and my own experience it can feel a bit shady when you get there and you're told that you need to send an ID CC via text etc. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay
