close to the beach min 3 walk, about 7-10 min walk to restaurants, cafes, ice cream , gift stores, close to the pier, very nice and helpful lady at the reception and cleaning lady unlike the manager

you pay too much for animals, $100 per pet, no matter if it's for a day or 2 weeks.The manager explains that this is a special cleaning - I understand, but I don't understand what the difference is in a special cleaning with 2 small dogs like Yorkie and one in the same room , not a nice person in the form of a manager. the water in the pool is cold and there are only 4 sunbeds for the entire pool

Easy access to very nice beach across the street. The price to stay here was well worth it and very reasonable. Quiet hotel with nice, little kitchen, but no oven, which worked out ok for us. Bring extra copper burner to cook on and bring Le Creuset braiser to make your meals in if you like to cook your own meals. King bed comfortable. Bathroom, shower and toilet we're fine. Nice changing, open closet area for clothing hanging. Would come here again, but want room with sofa.

ROKU TV was a little challenging. Couldn't get standard TV channel lineup to select regularly scheduled live shows. Had to remember my YouTubeTV login and password to access my favorite news station Fox News - not the Fox News live option via ROKU menu offered on their TV. Wish our room had a small sofa to sit on.

The room was clean as well as spacious. Furnished kitchenet was nice. No oven but great two "burner" glass top stove. Nice clean pool with a welcoming deck and chairs. Fellow guests were pleasant. Beach within walking distance, helped by a stop light for crossing.

The price was not outrageous, BUT... $200.00 hold on credit card? Puts a pinch on travelers on a budget. Not mentioned in the booking. $10.00 daily parking fee? Not mentioned in the booking. VERY limited physical in person contacts with front desk. On site lady ONLY spoke Spanish. Since we had a late check in and desk was not open A LOT of back and forth emailing of confidential documents and credit card information was VERY concerning.

Great location for a great price

I stayed at their property twice in one week and they charged my credit card twice 200.00 for incidentals and I had to keep calling them to put this back on my card and they eventually put 200 back but i kept asking for the other 200 to be put back and they stopped responding and I had to file a complaint with my credit card company and with the help of them they put it back on my card. I believe they’re hoping I’d give up so they could keep my deposit. Very questionable business practices.

We arrived at 2:00 am to find we couldn't access our room. They had tried to contact me while my phone was on airplane mode and I didn't receive their message until we pulled into their parking area. I was tired and frustrated but it wasn't completely their fault. Once we got checked into our room, I was 💯satisfied with everything about the resort. Quiet, clean, location was convenient.

Liked the pool & kitchen in room, large fridge with freezer.

When we arrived, the front desk was at another location on Riverside drive & didnt answer our call so we could get a key. They answered the housekeeper who called for us. We waited 30 minutes for them to drive a couple blocks up the street to register us. Maybe some of this should be accomplished online since all we needed was a door code to get in our room.

The location was great, right across the street from the beach. The rooms were great value, not often you can find a reasonably priced room that is both nice and has a kitchen. It was nice to be so close to everything without being in the middle of all the busyness.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but it was okay. Wish it was a little closer to a grocery store, had to use a grocery delivery app to get these to us. Very minor thing but the uber drivers had a hard time finding the place since it's just tucked on a corner so you may have to assist with finding it.

The large room has a wonderful kitchenette and simple decor. The room is clean the bathroom is small but functional. The showerhead was really good. The mattress was a little soft as all foam mattresses are these days. Staff was lovely.

Pet Peeve: small bathroom counter space. It is impractical to have toiletries and makeup for two people on a tiny sink surface and no other surfaces available. I appreciate that space is tight but there has to be a creative solution.

Miss Clancy, who helped me out throughout the process, was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. She is definitely an asset to your company!

Never had to think about it!

I was concerned as a lot of the reviews were negative. It was quiet, clean, and updated. A large room with kitchen area, large closet. Eating table and chairs. Would reccomend this place 100%

If we were staying longer than a couple of days, a dresser or shelves I the closet would've been great for folded clothes. There was nothing not to like.
