The property location is superb with beach access to the Pompano Beach. The staff customer service was top-tier, providing pure excellence and prompt response. They were able to assist me and I was able to check in early. My son didn’t want to leave and they provided a late checkout which was perfect. I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday weekend there and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Overall, I give the property an eight out of 10 It being a little out-dated with the appliances and decor and the doors were not very secure. I had to close it several times because it was stuck. I was on the highest floor and upon my arrival it was a little humid in the room, but I do blame the Florida summer heat. They were able to send someone up while we were out and by the time we returned the room temperature was just the way we needed it to be.

It’s on the beach, the hotel provided free breakfast. They also have a good restaurant on the premises. The staff is good. Especially the beach staff; Mac provided exceptional hospitality. As well as the rest of his staff at the beach. We definitely had a nice stay.

Rooms are a bit out dated. No attention to the details of the rooms, not very nice but okay. Hallways smelled a bit musty. The hotel needs a good update.

Staff was wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was good. Restaurant food was excellent.

My reservation was inadvertently cancelled (3rd party booking.com). I had secured the room with an Affirm card and apparently, I had not set it up correctly so my reservation was canceled on the day I arrived. The young woman working at the desk was ready to tell me there was nothing she could do for me. She made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. Then the gentleman on duty told her to honor my reservation. He saved the day.

Location- beautiful beachfront!! The staff was top notch!! Professional and courteous from front desk to breakfast staff to pool and beach attendees- all wonderful!! Di Lionni sent us a bottle of Sparkling wine for our 35th anniversary- so thoughtful!!! Hoping Marriott plans updating for this property and keeps staff happy!!

It needs updating. We had a room on the 6th floor- view was gorgeous!! But room itself had odd set up. Had to use bathroom closet and vanity to store clothing as no dressers elsewhere in the room. But there were three work desks- just strange. Bathtub scratched up, can tell was painted over, but with grey paint. Pocket door for toilet was scary- lock was loose so couldn’t be used/ difficult to open and close.

The room was nice. We stayed in a 2 queen studio with balcony and partial ocean view. We were on the 8th floor. The e view was great. You could see the ocean and the city of pompano and ft. Lauderdale. The staff was friendly and helpful. Part of the breakfast was good. Oatmeal with nuts, brown sugar and raisins. Several different cereals and yogurt. Muffins, bread, bagels, fruit and different juices. Of course there was coffee too with different sweeteners and creams

You could park on site but it cost $32 a day and it was valet only. The breakfast was free and had several options but the hot food wasn't very good.. powdered eggs, veggie sausage? Which is some sort of sausage made from veggies and there was rotating meat selection. One day it was smoked sausage and the next it was sausage patties. The last day it was bacon but the bacon had the same thickness as shaved lunch meat. If you stacked 5 slices up it might equal 1 normal slice.

The rooms are wonderful, room to spread out and the View was amazing. Staff all very polite and friendly. The pool and beach were so clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was good every morning, front desk so accommodating for anything we asked for.

You have to buy laundry soap from them or bring your own. If I would have known that I could have brought it with me.

The hospitality was absolutely incredible. We felt very welcomed!! The staff goes above & beyond to make sure you’re taken care of weather it be the hotel, pool or the beach. Couldn’t be more blessed. Over all our stay was everything we were looking for& would recommend!

Room was great even though was not the one I reserve but Jennie accommodate us because we had our grandson and grand baby . Great food by the pool side and Breakfast was great! Thank you so much

Valet staff should be more friendly !

Breakfast was complete and tasty. Staff was well-trained and pleasant. Beach access was perfect. Pool was adequate and heated, but a little small.

Size of pool. More options for eating lunch and dinner. Balcony was very very small, though we were outside the whole time, but it would have been nice to have a larger balcony.

Extremely friendly staff. The facility needed a little bit of TLC. The food was very good. The pool area was very nice. The beach was just a few steps away.

The hotel was a little worn. Needed some updating. But things were clean and the staff was friendly.
