The pool is great! I like that you are close to a wallgreens and walking distance to beach and restaurants.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. And I wish we would have been given new towels each day or every other day. The walls are thin, we heard two different neighbors clearly having sex. And there were so many people smoking outside their unites. It wasn’t very enjoyable to walk out the door and smell smoke all day.

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is perfect - minutes from the beach, the marina, shopping and restaurants. The property itself is quiet, clean and offers many amenities. The host is easily accessible and responds quickly. We travel to the area several times a year and will definitely book this property again.

Great location, comfortable stay.

There were ants, duct tape on the windows, bubbly paint from moisture. The exterior isn’t pretty.

I love the landscape extremely nice patio to sit out and enjoy but still be shaded. Walking distance to the beach and local strip of restaurants.

The bed was a bit soft for me but I prefer very firm mattress personal opinion.

Very well appointed in a great area. The location was very close to the beach, and restaurants and entertainment venues. The staff was really helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

No mirrors in the unit. We were dressing for a formal affair and mirrors would have been very helpful. The iron needed to be cleaned. The shower was difficult to turn off. There should be a chair or two in the bedrooms, so you don't have to sit on the bed while getting dressed or just sitting to read or for some solitude.

I did not feel safe in the place where I should have slept the night and decided to change locations -after 10 pm on a Sunday! Riverside immediately assisted me, gave me a peace-of-mind rest, and did not share my location with anyone, and I will stay there again when I should ever be in the area again. Thank you for helping me out, you guys are amazing!

Clancy at front desk was especially warm and helpful. She put forth a maximum effort. Both bedrooms were large with great kitchen appliances and big living room. The pool and outdoor vegetation was super nice, clean, quiet and private. The central A/C was whisper quiet and held temps good. TV's in every room were new and big, with tons of channels and internet.

A major shortage of wash cloths existed all week. Plenty towels, but the hotel was rationing hand towels and wash cloths. The king waterbed in one of the bedrooms was a minor letdown. Personal preference, I suppose, but we strongly prefer conventional mattresses.

Apartment is very nice and clean. Bedrooms are large and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Didn't use it much for cooking though. Vacation is for eating out. Restaurants are walking distance away. If you drive your car around to park, it's $16 dollars to park for 4 hrs. Beach is walking distance away. The pool is very nice and comfortable temperature. Would stay there again.

The place is like a jungle, very cool though, so bring bug spray, mosquitos are bad. When we stayed, it seems like a bus load of teenagers stayed. They were out carrying on all hours of the night, throwing trash everywhere and very loud.

Location! 5 min to the beach, 12 min to Publix. Not crowded beach.

Noise from some kind of constructions close to our room 304. It could be some utility noise, lasted ~15 sec irregularly. Also very noisy AC in the room. We turned it off for the night.

Location - very good. Personal -nice , friendly and resposible. Pool -ok, Garden-ok. Table's outside, barbeque place and pond with fish convine us to have dinner outside, almost every day. We liked nature arond us. Comfy shade during hot weather.

Some furniture outside need to be changed to newer , with better looking( boungaloo ) Outside pool need to be filtred/cleaned often, leavs and and some dirt in it. Some kitchen tools was missing, oven pan ... But was proveded by request.
