This motel was super clean, conveniently located to beach access, and the service was amazing! The most important thing to me about anywhere I stay is how cold a room gets overnight so that I can sleep well. The a/c did not disappoint!! My one credit card was comprised right before our trip and I didn’t think to let them know that I only had a debit card. While I know that was frustrating, the property manager was cool, calm, and collected. We had a great stay here! The room was tidied up each day and smelt so fresh and clean!

Everything was great! The pool was as clean and beautiful as it looks in pictures!

The king studio was spacious and spotless. The beach was incredibly accessible, just a quick 1-minute walk away, and the property itself was well-maintained, quiet, and peaceful. The studio had a full-sized coffee pot (just bring your own ground coffee), and we enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning to eat on the patio right outside our door. There were no children around, and the pool was always empty, which added to the tranquility.

This hotel is pretty basic when it comes to amenities—there’s no restaurant, hot tub, room service, or designated beach area. However, the pool was clean and warm with plenty of places to lounge, there were several places to eat within walking distance (plus a full kitchen in the room), and they offered folding beach chairs to borrow for the beach. My partner and I have stayed at some high-end resorts with all the bells and whistles, but in many ways, I preferred this place. It’s more DIY, but much more peaceful, less crowded, and far more affordable than most resorts!

It is right across a small quiet street from the beach. While there are no real oceanfront view rooms, the beach access is excellent. There is a small pool at the motel, which is nice... we did not experience any noise from children or other guests. It is very European, which we liked.

There is no room cleaning service on Sundays, which we didn't know until we returned to a dirty room with no clean towels at the end of the day! Also, there seems to be no flexibility on getting any extension on check out... we were told to get a later checkout we would have to pay for another night.

The property was perfect for us. It is meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It is very comfortable and not ostentatious. We stayed in a room, not a suite with a kitchen and ate out. Just know there isn’t a coffee machine, only a microwave. It is a fifteen minute stroll to the pier and restaurants, including a cafe to have coffee and breakfast at very reasonable prices. Use the quiet road on the ocean side. We had two lovely days here before driving 25 minutes to Fort Lauderdale to go on a cruise. Would definitely come again.

We didn’t dislike anything although a pointer from the staff to use the quieter road to go to the restaurants and pier would have been helpful.

This is an old resort with a few new features. The location is perfect! Walking distance to many places. The beach was in the front, but not in a crowded space, so that was perfect. The room was big, and very clean, with a full kitchen and spacious bed. We didn't use the pool but it look super clean as well.

The lady who checked us in was not nice, and kind of harsh when explaining certain things. I work in hospitality in a big hotel, and my motto is that once you pass the front door, you become my guest... she didn't even smirk, not even once. Be aware that outside guests are not allowed (for the people who may want to invite a friend or something) and also you will get charged if you use the kitchenware and do not do the dishes.

Probably one of the nicest beach resorts we've ever stayed at. The check in process was super easy and the hotel manager was very friendly. The hotel grounds and our room were immaculately clean. Most beach hotels site signs of water damage somewhere but not this place. With everything well maintained, you would've thought it was a brand new building. My husband and I don't normally use the pool at hotels but because of how clean everything was, we couldn't help ourselves. The A/C in the room really saved us from the extreme heat. We appreciated the room also being fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and glassware. We also loved that we were literally steps away from the beach. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency, so we weren't able to enjoy the room to hits full extent.

I wasn't too fond of the "no visitors allowed" policy. My friend drove an hour to meet us and because of the rule she had to wait on the street in the hot sun while we lugged all the beach stuff from our room to meet her. Also, I know hotels aren't obligated to provide hygiene products, but I was a bit surprised that this resort doesn't provide them considering how luxurious this place seemed to be.

Beautiful room and facility. Close walk to beach. Very nice pool area. Lady that checked us in/out (can’t remember name) was very nice and friendly.

The only negative thing I can say is while at pool there was an older gentleman that decided to clean the pool while we were in it. At the time we were the only two in it. He was taking the long pole with a net on the end and slapping it into the water to get the debris but also slightly splashing us at the same time. It was about to become an issue but my better half convinced me to let it go as we were getting out soon anyways. Im sure this sounds petty but he could of asked us to exit the pool while he was cleaning or just waited. It didn’t help either he did not speak to us. Very unfriendly and seemed pretty miserable.

Hotel is ideally located on Briny Rd in Pompano, within walking distance to the pier and shops along a low traffic road. Beach is just across the road with lots of public access. Hotel is an older two-storey classic Florida hotel with a nice small pool, bbq area and tables and chairs. Lots of parking. Appears to have just been updated with fresh looking paint and walking surfaces. Room was small but comfortable, small kitchen, good bathroom and large closet area. Room was unexpectedly cleaned after first of two nights with towel changes, very nice. Price was reasonable. If you are looking for a large fancy resort with shops and restaurants, don't come here. If you are looking for a small well maintained friendly hotel with real door keys then try it.

Development in area is replacing the small gems like this one.

I LOVED the proximity to the beach. It is literally one block to the beach walking towards the back of the building. There are several restaurant close by (not necessarily a short walking distance away), about 15 to 20 minutes walk. There is a Publix Supermarket about 5 minutes drive away, which was important to me as I needed to be able to get groceries as having a full size stove and refrigerator was. I definitely utilized that option.

Initially upon entering the room, it look smaller than the pictures seen online. When you enter, it's a bedroom / kitchenette / dining area combo, then there is a large walk-in closet. Right across from the closet is the bathroom (shower and toilet). Also please note, there is a door that closes to separate the closet/bathroom area from the bedroom kitchenette area. Like I said, initially it felt / looked small, but after a day or two it was quite comfy.

Rooms are VERY clean and they come to clean your room everyday. Bed is comfy and the pillows are great. Kitchen is stocked with plates/pots/pans etc. My fridge stopped working in the middle of my stay and they had it replaced in like 5 minutes and they even out my food back in the fridge for me. Location couldn’t be better. Walking distance of the pier. 10/10 would recommend.
