Aloha is a remarkable boutique condo property with South Florida charm. It's impeccably maintained by Jacques, the concierge and management company. The condo is very clean and has all of the essentials for living. Housekeeping services are very reasonable, and there's a laundry room on-site. I love the location (sits on the intracoastal) and enjoy the amazing views of boats that pass by). As a creative, I enjoy filming content, writing, and creating music while watching the calm waters. The beach is 2 blocks away. A nice walk in a quiet neighborhood with neighborly people.

They are renovating the property so it can get a bit noisy and dusty. A few times, the concierge and management have entered the condo without my permission and knowledge--yup! Just walked right in using a key, and I had to complain about that. Management apologized, and it has not happened again, thankfully. I still get jumpy when I hear noises at night, but the area is very safe otherwise.

This place is like an old style motel , but really nice. Very clean. Pool sparkles. Everything works perfectly. This is my second time staying there. I hope to do it again.

Bed squeaky. Larger bulbs in lights. It was very difficult to do reading or writing in evening.

Love the view to the river. Love all the tables and chairs available. The pool water was warm. Love being so close to the beach. They let me check in an hour early which was great. Love the big mirror in the living room. Space was nice and quiet. Bed was pretty comfy. Kitchen has utensils, cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans, paper towels and a microwave. There is direct TV. One designated parking spot. Was easily accessible. Overall nice comfy spot.

The smoke alarm did not have a battery inside so it chirped the entire stay. The bathroom door does not lock or close all the way. We found a little wedge so we used that to help keep it semi closed.

This property has everything for a stay to feel like you have the comforts of home. The condo was exceptionally clean. The views into the harbor were breathtaking. The pool was great as well. We were only a short walk(approximately 2 blocks) from the beach. We loved that they had beach loungers and plenty of seating for outside. With Aloha, we felt safe- even with A1A just a block away. Property is beautiful and well lit. It’s a quiet little gem that we can’t wait to come back to visit, for leisure this time. As our trip was for medical reasons. We stayed in Room 21. We were so impressed with our condo. Fully equipped kitchen, one king bed, tvs in the bedroom and living room. Our couch could pull out into a bed, but I chose to take the cushions off and sleep on it as a couch. It was very comfortable. All in all, we honestly didn’t want to leave this paradise in Pompano Beach! We highly recommend this property. The manager was great, he made sure we had clean towels when we needed them(so don’t be afraid to ask), and also extra TP when we needed it. Great property to visit!

When we arrived, we were not made aware of the properties maintenance that was scheduled. We understood that things need repaired, redone or upgraded, as that comes with maintaining any property. However we woke up to jack hammering a few mornings on the steps and resurfacing of the of concrete downstairs. However, when we contacted the property management over this, they were more than understanding and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Suggestions- Would have appreciated paper towels in the kitchen, as well as maybe more than a sponge to do dishes with. A few kitchen towels and dishcloths in a drawer in the kitchen would be helpful as well.

We were very happy with our week at Aloha. We were in condo #22, not all the rooms are the same. The view into the Intracoastal waterway was pleasant, and it was only a three block walk to the beach, and no busy streets to cross during that walk. The room was perfectly clean and well maintained. The only minor drawback was parking is limited. Each condo has one assigned space, but there is only one visitor parking spot for the building. If you have friends visiting, parking would be a challenge.

There is only one guest parking spot for the whole building.

Great location, five minutes walk to the beach and directly on the canal. You can watch sailing yachts. Very cozy yard. Clean pool. The apartment had everything you need. Comfortable large bed.

The pool has been under renovation for several days. I was warned about this the day before and we agreed that I would be refunded part of the cost of the room for those days when the pool is closed. However, the money was not returned to me, despite the reminder. It's a pity that this attitude ruined my opinion of the condo.

Staff is friendly and so attentive. This is a charmer! Right on the water to watch the boats go by. A perfect location; quiet while being close to walk to activities and restaurants at the beach and also across the bridge for shopping.

The location is great. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the boats go by. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The room was also clean and had everything we needed.

The mattress needs to be replaced. You could tell it has been used quite a bit.

One of the cleanest places I'd ever rented and it was fully equipped right down to packets of Sweet -N - Low!

Not for 1 second did I see or meet anyone manning the office, I really wanted to meet the manager to discuss further upcoming stays I need to make for the remainder of the year. Did meet the cleaning lady and the building painter. They were very friendly and helpful.
