The accommodations were very clean, large, and comfortable. The beach was a mere few steps away. The location is great!

The only downside was that I was also expecting to enjoy the pool area, only to discover it was closed until February 2025. I don't believe this was publicized anywhere during the booking, so a bit more transparency would have been good. The valet parking was a bit pricey!

No transportation. I paid a lot Lyft to travel anywhere..should have airport shuttle , or shuttle downtown etc . Maybe have trips set up people go on bus together to flamingo gardens etc .paying for umbrellas 25 dollars was ridiculous

Our 1st night there being woke up by the fire alarm so early in the morning had to leave the building was not very exciting. I was under the impression that it would be beach front. once we entered our room when i realized not beach front, I called office they said no its beach view. I paid the extra for a beach front view we were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary it was a letdown. I booked this months ago, our plane was delayed and we didn't get there until 1am and I believe our beach front room ended up gone to other clients.

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay. The Front Desk staff were exceptional, the room and balcony were beautifully designed and lovely. The valet service and system as well as all of the valets were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The beach was wonderful. The vehicle to deliver and stack beach chairs was a brilliant addition for the hard-working guys on the beach. It made their job possible in the heat. All hotel operations functioned well.

The add-on fees are offensive. $34 + Tax to park in addition to a $20 Resort Fee. Also $25 for an umbrella is an exorbitant cost. There should be more options for viewing on the TV. Very little channel selection.

Loved the location on the beach and the pools. The view of the beach is from the side, but the balcony is a good size. We had dinner one night in restaurant which was lovely.

Could never get our key to the workout room to work. It is also located in the south building and one has to climb steps to use it. Valet parking worked well but it is expensive, $35/day.

The view from our room was stunning. Proximity to the beach was great. We made good use of the tiki hut and free beach chairs on the beach. The place was clean and nice friendly staff.

available drinks and food on the premises including the beach front. definitely get the resort fee, got us chairs and umbrellas for free on beach.

I wish I would have known they are building a new building next door and that they are trucking sand in front of the hotel on the beach. it was noisy Friday and Monday, they did stop over the weekend.

The access to the beach and amenities included in the resort fee are great. The food and drinks were good but it took a while to get drinks out by the pool. I loved that breakfast was included. I would definitely return and plan to come back soon.

The AC in the room didn’t keep the room cool.
