The room was very clean, the decor was updated, there were no funny smells, and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent. The breakfast was great. It's a great place to stay, and it's very close to great restaurants.

I arrived at night and could not judge the surrounding neighborhood. Once we got back from dinner I found the gated parking lot. It gave me a better sense of security. Of course, always lock your doors. The A/C took time through the night to cool down, but it has been hot out.

I have worked in hospitality for 25 years-if I did not know it, I would have thought we were the first to stay in this room ever! It was pristine-very clean and comfy. Room and hotel had clearly been remodeled and updated recently and it showed. Breakfast was great-nice selection clean and well stocked. If we are ever in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Only odd thing was it was hard to figure out how to get into the building. The door facing the main street was locked although you can see the front desk through it. I called a couple of times and watched the desk clerk hang up on me! 3rd time he answered and told us to come to the back of the building. He was helping a very complicated guest but still to hang up while we watched him through the window was not called for. This was quite frustrating after a long drive-a simple sign on that door directing you out back would be very considerate of your guests.

The hotel was in a great location. Walkable to the entertainment district. Hotel itself was very clean and modern. Room and shower were spacious.. Amenities- pool and workout area were well taken care of … towels provided. The staff, specifically Andre was very helpful. He shared with us the Free Bee to get downtown and avoid the pain of parking. I also forgot my toothbrush and Andre made sure I had one with toothpaste when ai returned.

The pillows were not very comfortable to support neck.

This is our second stay here, and everything about this hotel is absolutely superb. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-95, making it easy to reach other surrounding cities. It's just a 2-minute drive down Atlantic to local bars and 10 minutes to the beach. They offer a nice complimentary breakfast selection, including eggs, sausages, fruits, yogurt, juices, and milk. Fresh cucumber water is always available. The parking is secure, and there is a Level 2 EV charger. Next time, we will bring our electric car. Our room was on the second floor. It was quiet during our stay on weeknights.

We had a minor issue trying to start the microwave.

Very clean, comfortable, big bathrooms that fit a wheelchair, although I didn't get a disability roll in shower, still it was big enough. The pool was awesome, we went at night. The breakfast was included in our reservation. They had waffles, croissants with sausage egg and cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, chocolate milk coffee, muffins, you name it. I would definitely recommend the best part is the location, two blocks from the downtown in Atlantic Ave, we walked....no problems.

The fridge, is small

The property is very attractive from the outside and is close to various elements of importance like I-95 and restaurants. The property is undergoing a refreshment. The lobby area is big and very contemporary. The room have been recently refreshed with new furnishings and is very nice.

One bedroom nightstand was dirty with something that really needed to be cleaned. The ice machine on my floor was not working. The breakfast is rather limited compared to competitors like Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel was very quiet and clean will definitely return, hot water was amazing and the breakfast was as well

My only complaint was the toilet in my room 322. When you flushed it, it ran and ran. You had to jiggle the handle a few times for it to stop. Also, the ac unit was very loud in the room, and the door did not close easy behind you. You had to push it close to make sure it was really closed. Lastly, the pillows were extremely flat. I slept with all four and still felt like I was on one.

Andre was very nice and helpful. He explain the detail of your hotel, what was in the area and he gave us a brochure of the dining and shopping in downtown Delray Beach. The breakfast was on point. The mature woman that prepare the breakfast was very nice and friend, I'm sorry I didn't ask her name. She had a pleasant voice and a nice smile. Our room was nice and clean, I love it. I will come back again.

I didn't see anything I didn't like.

Everyone was very friendly. The place is well maintained.

The lady who’s serving at the breakfast area needs to change her gloves after she finished cleaning the table or tight the garbage bags before she touched the food. Her hands touching those breads and bagels. Unacceptable.

This by far was the best hotel I've stayed at thru your app. I was delighted. I went over to see my new great grandson on Sat.. then spent Sun with my older great grandson and took him to Lion Country Safari with his mom.. I don't get to see them often enough so these little weekend trips are a blessing and having the great accommodations this hotel offered was icing on the cake! Thank you!

It was a little pricy for me..aa a single senior.. But everything is so high now it is in keeping with the economy and I understand that..
