The convenience to the beach, access to the unit, and beds were comfortable. The unit was simple but had what was needed.

The pool was too hot, the pans need replacement, and some more absorbent / functional door mats both inside and out of the unit would be helpful. There isn’t any where to hang towels from the beach or pool therefore a drying rack would be helpful or some wall hooks. The umbrella in the unit was broken and couldn’t be used for the beach. It would also be helpful to leave extra trash bags and paper towels under the sink for those who stay several days.

The apartment is comfortable, secure, and tastefully decorated. The apartment included a small kitchen with coffee maker, which we used every morning. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There were plenty of towels, and the place even included beach chairs and umbrellas which we took over to the beach each day. The pool is heated and was quite nice at the end of the day. Everything about RA was a plus.

This is small, but the soap was meh. Really, this is a great place.

The condo was clean and comfortable for two. The kitchen was sufficient. It was nice having two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs as the spiral staircase was a bit challenging. The bedroom was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was very warm and clean. Free washer and dryers were a plus. The staff were always available if needed. The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The Circuit was also handy to use.

The upstairs shower and toilet area is very small and tight. The key pad on the door was at time irritating as it didn't always work. We received a key and that solved the issue. Unfortunately, one of the kitchen chairs broke when my husband sat on it and he fell and hurt his back. The staff responded immediately and provided a straight backed chair for him. It would be nice to have straight backed chairs and table near the pool area. The couch was a bit lumpy. A few more containers or bowls in the kitchen would have been appreciated.

I loved that there was a pool right outside my door and the fact that I had the option to go to the beach which was directly across the street. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor of this place, the color theme was really nice and consistent throughout the whole unit. It looks just like the pictures!! I had rented a very small convertible, so with my luggage, I was cramped in the car. I arrived early and they were considerate enough to allow me to drop off my luggage early. Lastly, the convection oven was a wonderful idea. It took me a minute to figure it out, but I did! I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn't like the fact that when I pulled up there were others parked in my parking space. There was a charge of $140 for cleaning but at the end of my stay, the exit directions specified that guests should empty their garbage. Lastly, even though I am traveling, sometimes I still like to cook, there were no baking dishes in the kitchen for the convection oven and they really should invest in a new set of pots.

Excellent location and a great price for how spacious the apartment was! We were able to walk out, cross the street, and the beach was right there. It made it very seamless with small children traveling. They also loved the heated pool and mom loved that there was free laundry for our stay! The interior was nice and clean, 3 queen beds and 1 king (3 bedroom [bedroom with 2 Qu beds had a balcony]), full kitchen, living room, 2 bath, and the AC was nice and cold. Close to many restaurants, Publix, and CVS.

I'd recommend a few available throw blankets for added comfort, and the exterior could use a paint job just for a face lift of the property, but overall it was well worth the money spent!

The location cannot be beat. Beautiful pool in center of condos and beach across the street. Chairs and towels provided. Very quiet and never heard noise at all Property management responded quickly

It was much darker inside than the pictures. It is dated. There was rust around fixtures and could use more storage in main bath. The master bed was so high, had to leap onto it. Pots and pans are rusty.

Our first day we were supposed to get a email with the codes by 4pm we did not. We arrived there by 1:30 and were not to go in until rpm. I can't understand why when the unit was totally cleaned and the staff was leaving. Anyway they allowed us to put our luggage in unit. We returned to unit by 4pm and still no email or phone call. Lucky for us there were other guests and they let us in the gate. I called at 4pm and it took a 1/2 hour to get into the unit. Again one of the guest showed us how to use the key pad. Very frustrating 1st day. On Tuesday 2/13 we noticed stains on the couch, water stains in the living room ceiling, 2nd floor tub stopped up, hole in screen in bedroom on 2nd floor. Not sure if I would recommend this unit to my family or friends. Patricia Stewart

I liked the location, right across the street from the beach. The apartment was clean, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was quite easy to enter the property and the apartment. I liked the fact that the apartment had multiple streaming apps and everything worked as expected. The parking right outside the gate made it feel safe. We walked across the street to eat at one of the other hotel's restaurants both nights.

No issues for two people. There are limited dining options near the property (2 across the street inside other hotels but can be pricy). However, there are multiple other options down the street by the Pampano peer which is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. Again, this has nothing to do with the place itself.

Amazing location - steps to the beach. Very clean - also loved that they had a sweeper there in the unit for us to use (very helpful to clean all the sand after a day at the beach) Customer service addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner and they were always very friendly. Laundry on site was a nice bonus. We stayed in unit #4 and it was very spacious for our family of 4. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. It was very quiet inside the unit. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels which was really nice! We would 100% stay here again. We stayed for 8 nights and it very quickly felt like home.

There were 4 of us & photos showed there were supposed to be 4 chairs in the kitchen, however there were only 3. The back patio was not cleaned so we were unable to use it. I did not address it with customer service during our stay - if I did, I am sure they would have addressed it.
