the location was handy right off I-95.. comfy, clean bed.. cold a/c.. hot shower.. these are key for me.. I must mention a front desk employee JOHN who was highly competent.. this is important when you need information, etc.. oh theres also a pool there and a workout room.. sometimes I stay and a hotel will hav these but I never use them.. this time I did and they were stellar.. staff was great from the maids all the way to the GM alison.. air conditioner worked well and remember this is south Florida in the summertime..

a few little nitpicky things I could mention but why ? (a messed up french fries order) this is of not much consequence when youre talking the big picture.. I was there because a project on a (several) structures I own necessitated not being able to stay at my own location.. lots of work this past month and I needed the stay.. if I hav to mention something, its the same piece of kleenex in the drive-up port-au-couchere' and was there for almost a week.. that little piece of kleenex was still there when I left.. with my OCD I almost picked it up myself.. almost. (hah). but the property does seem well maintained..

The staff were super accommodating and the front desk agent made sure my birthday week was great with free upgrade. Also you can do early check in after a long drive just make sure to contact the property a day or two before your visit (they might let you do it day of with availability). The pool and fitness areas are awesome. I thought it was a great value, and very comfortable.

No free breakfast offered

Room accommodations were great. Separate bedroom, living room, shower and bath room meet my great expectations. Did not get a chance to eat breakfast at the facility. Staff members were excellent. My plane arrived late, and I had not problem making adjustments to the time of my arrival.

I would have loved to have a room close to the elevator. Had problem adjusting my room temperature. First time using the luggage carts, the cart came in handy.

It was very clean, friendly stuff. The bed was comfortable and they had Starbucks.

Some updated needed to get done in certain areas and I wish the breakfast area was more secluded than right out there in like the middle of the entrance. Also, the housekeepers were so loud with all the doors that were slamming. I just couldn’t get back to sleep and I went to sleep in a bit, but they were loud.

The room was expertly clean. The courtyard was an excellent place to relax. The common areas were nice and the location was within good proximitaty of where my business was. The check in process was very easy. The on-site starbucks coffee options were a nice touch.

The breakfast situation was odd. It was listed as breakfast included but it clearly was not. Or if it was the staff didn't clarify (example, had I paid for an upgrade and breakfast was free to me, what should I do?). That was a bummer because I only book places when traveling for work that offer breakfast with the room. So I'm not sure what happened there but clarity from the staff would have been nice (and the booking CS team).

The room was clean and fresh nice location. I would book again if in the area.

My husband forgot his suit and when my brother went to pick it up he said Angie took his hanger said it was hers. A macys hanger that he got with the suit? She took it off the hanger with the plastic and gave it to my brother.

The look and feel of the hotel and rooms were very nice.. It was very clean as well. Loved that the room had a balcony

The Bistro cashier wasn't that hospitable. When I asked her what comes in the breakfast sandwich, she gave me the paper menu to read for myself. The wording was small and I didn't have my reading glasses but she was no help at all. Every question I asked her she wouldn't answer.

Very good experience overall - good size room, comfortable bed, at the beach. Suncream at the pool and ice creams for kids at the reception was a bonus for families with young kids!

The only negative point was the wait at the reception - every time I wanted to talk to reception, I had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes!

The staff was extremely pleasant. Starbucks on site.

Since this location is not in walking distance to any city center, it would be nice to have a more full service restaurant/bar in house. We were forced to uber every time we wanted a substantial meal.
