My son and I loved everything about your hotel and area. Thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you to the front desk for getting us in so quickly 🙏.. . We had a reservation for the next day with you guys at homewood suites and had a reservation next door for the day before (that day). We came in hoping to get a room with you guys and to cancel them quickly for not so great reasons (your neighbors are not such a great place at all). Mind you it was memorial day weekend but the guy was able to give us a room and we were excited and so thankful to be able to get a room. We were able to get in a room and move over quickly... You guys were so helpful and very nice. We loved everything about your staff and hotel and appreciate you!! Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊

The staff was all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast crew put out a fairly expansive breakfast each morning. They kept the breakfast items well stocked. There was a weekly (Wednesday evening) reception with a variety of hot and cold foods and wine and beer. The facilities, especially indoors, were immaculate. (See below about pool). I would stay there again.

The pool appeared cloudy and unappealing for most of my ten day visit. I finally went swimming in last two days. The HVAC system in my room constantly operated the "fan" even when I entered the "Off" command on the thermostat.

The location was great. Off the 95 with great shopping not far from the hotel. The room was huge. I got the 2-room suite perfect for a family of 4 with a dog as well. Lots of privacy.

The fee for pets was a bit too high considering paying almost 400$ for a room per night. The bed frame was partially out from under the king bed. The breakfast could have been a little more. In other locations like Canada, the breakfast is absolutely great. A wider variety!

The woman that provided the food was very hospitable, attended to the meal, making sure things were filled, and the food was hot and available to help if needed

Could’ve been better if it had a skimmer due to the trees and things that was a lot of small black stuff on the surface of the water, but otherwise it was fine

The rooms were beautiful very clean and a comfortable size for my family. Definitely a great deal for the price for a king one bedroom suite with a full size kitchen. Will be using this hotel again

Upon my arrival I had to hunt down the crib that was supposed to be in my room I had booked days prior to check in so there was ample amount of time for it to be located. Also there were no linens for the pull out sofa and not enough towels for the amount of guests in the room. But staff was more than accommodating and everything else was a 10 out of a 10

Property was under renovation which I would like to know before we booked since my son has heavy allergies . But I have to say under the circumstances we were happy with our stay . Breakfast was adequate and staff including night auditor , morning front desk and breakfast lady were very pleasant and helpful. We were given 2 rooms that were already renovated . We stayed only one night on the way to Miami but definitely will be on our list if we were to make that tip again.

It’s a beautiful property. I enjoyed the room I was able to stay at.

I wasn’t able to sleep well, the pillows were not comfortable and the bed linen wasn’t secure on the mattress so I had to constantly fit on the mattress.

Love how clean the rooms were and the main lobby smelled amazing.

The bathroom shower was extremely slippery my children could not stay without holding walls or they 1had to sit without falling.

Whitney was extremely welcoming. had an issue checking in to another hotel. Bad service. Explained what happened and she immediately made me feel better about my choice to stay at this hotel. very welcoming. Pool was nice. Room was excellent. Definitely looking for Homewood Suites for my next travel destination. Thank you Whitney!

The staff was very nice and friendly Mr.Wayne gave great customer service my room was very clean and comfortable

Nothing I could think of only if a guest asks for a later check out time it should be available
