My bed had sand in it and the balcony was too small for a chair. Only a standing balcony and it clearly was misleading

The hotel was right on the beach. The staff was very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent.

Our room was not cleaned on our 2nd day there. We were at all day and when we went up to our room after 4PM it had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk to inquire why. They called room service and said it would be taken care of. We left for a little over an hour and it was never cleaned. We went back to the front desk to complain. They apologized but our room was never cleaned. I had to go get clean towels from the maids pantry myself. Also the room’s rug was dirty, every time I got into the shower the bottom of my feet were filthy from the rug. The weather was very windy and all the doors that led out slammed every time they were used. One gentlemen had to go to the hospital because the door almost took his finger off.

The property was very clean & comfortable. It was nice to have chairs setup for you & not worry about dragging everything down to the beach. Waiters would bring you drinks on the beach - all around for the most part a very nice hotel.

The cell service on the side of the hotel we had wasn’t great, couldn’t hardly send a text. The WiFi wasn’t sustainable for the amount of guests.

Although I did not have breakfast, from what I saw, it was well organized, tables were set up nicely, staff was friendly, environment had a good beach easy feel!!!

Crews should be sent out in the morning to pick up trash from beach. Humans are abuse of the common good, sign of “be kind, no littering” should be place at various beach stations. Parking was expensive ($20 a night). It is one of the kind extensions that can be made to consumers by lowering price, this can make Singer stand out.

The place is great, the amenities are just enough to have fun and relax. Amazing location, great view and really nice beach to play, relax or just enjoy a nice sunrise. The place offers you a amazing bar and affordable prices on drinks and food.

The pool was colder than expected, and of course crowded... The Menu at the restaurant is very limited and the service at the restaurant is not the best.

I liked facility. Food was good.

Hotel.is overoriced qs us the food and beverage. They give you complimentary coffee at breakfast but if you order breakfast they charge you 4.00. Stupid.

I DID NOT like that the pool area closed at 8 PM. It’s still day time at 8 pm in the summer it’s SO hot and we were there for a baseball tournament so when we got back a little later in the day, we wanted to refresh and go into the pool, but couldn’t.

The restaurant has poor service during lunch, but the food is good.

The beach was stunning and the food was excellent. Maid service came everyday which was nice. Not all hotels do that since COVID. The sidewalks along the road were great for running, walking and cycling. The hotel was nice and clean and the little store had my favorite - Dunkin Donuts Iced coffee (in a bottle). The hotel was close to a shopping plaza with a great little surf shop that had great beach clothes. There were enough beach chairs for everyone and the staff helped get everyone set up with chairs and umbrellas. I did not feel like I had to fight for a spot.

The gym equipment was old and dirty and some of the machines did not work. Some of the staff were very friendly and others seemed less than thrilled to be there. Some of the bikes worked great but others needed tune ups for things like chains falling off the gears. Wifi was spotty, but worked.
