We were able to stay as a family & provide shelter for our 6 year old twins, one being special needs. They were getting over a 2 week viral sickness that prevented us from staying with family members. Booking, check in and room extension were a breeze. If we needed something from the front desk, it was immediately answered or provided. Those guys worked hard during the Hurricane.

The facility itself needs to be updated but was sufficient being that we live in a mobile home and cannot rent from exact chain in our city because it’s not 60 miles out.

Room was substantially nicer than I thought based off of price and past reviews. I admittedly didn't use the pool but for my room it was comfy and in a great location

Some things were broken in room like outlet in beside table and toilet paper holder but otherwise not much bad

The staff greeted me and were very friendly and welcoming. They were having issues with TV service in the rooms so they gave me a great explanation of the best way to get the TV to work properly. I thought that was very helpful. The hotel could use some updating, but it had everything I needed and was squeaky clean. The shopping plaza right around the corner had a liquor store and an amazing Thai food restaurant. I got some take out and it was fabulous!

The bath tub accumulated water during my shower and drained very, very slowly

Although I had a handicap accessible room, the shower was not easy to get in and out of. Need additional hand bars to hold on to, especially with such a large step up and step down.

It was so quiet and peaceful. They made sure I was comfortable during our stay it was hectic my daughter was in the hospital having a baby. The ladies at the front desk treated us like family so did the cleaning staff. I would recommend the motel.tenntime over

There was nothing to complain about this place was great

It was in a good location not too far from restaurants

One or two bugs inside the rooms the room air conditioner was full of trash and trash up under the dresser and one of the beds was damp. When I laid down you could tell it was damn in my clothes got down a little little bit.

The room was clean and the bedding and towels were clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The outside is old and run down. many things could be fixed to make it look more inviting. I believe it they put some work into the outside, they would appeal to more people. The lamps didn’t work in the room (not a big deal to us) and the TV kept going dark. It is probably old and should be replaced. The only issue we had was a very loud group of people that were on the balcony right outside our window u til very late being loud and cursing and smoking. We had a non-smoking room so it all came in the air conditioning. I called the front office and the young lady said she would “try” to get them to quiet down. nothing was done. just as I was about to call the police, they finally went in and got quiet.

I like the way the room has been remodel stayed in room 226 , yet lighting on the walkway on second floor was missing some lamps . Over all it was a good stay.

Convenient location, we had stayed there before, good value for money. 9.5 rating on Booking. Com

The TV did not work in room. We checked with front desk, they gave us instructions on how to use. We returned to room and still were unable to get tv to work

It was quiet neat. The staff assisted me with a smile. They are hard working people to give their best service.

We needed ADA accommodations. We made it work
