Was nice and comfortable. Not incredibly upscale but a great place to come home to at night. Had a small kitchenette and the staff was awesome! Had good AC. The valet is awesome and the reception was nice. Walking distance to Fort DeRussy beach which we went to more often than Waikiki beach.

Shower head wouldn’t stay up so had to constantly readjust mid shower. I stubbed my toe so many times on the edge of the Murphy bed it was brutal. Sauna was a little dingy (for my liking), but overall good facilities. My mom enjoyed the sauna and hot tub

In the heart of Waikiki; the location means an easy walk to everything. There’s an ABC convenience store right below, with the beach only a minute or two away on foot. The room we had was a Banyan suite, which had a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. A TV in the bedroom and the lounge. A nice little patio with small table and chairs for a wine and nibbles…. and a partial view of the ocean from our 15th floor apartment. Absolutely spotlessly clean! Slightly dated, but then so are myself and husband, so who cares!

Gym facilities very poor. Pool was nice but very basic. Great hotel with excellent location however a few more facilities would be nice. Our first stay here was in 2022 and we had access to the owners lounge as we booked through air bnb. This was what made this hotel very appealing for us again. However had I known we wouldn't have access this time, I would have looked at another hotel. Also our room was meant to have an additional bathroom as per the advertisement when i booked which it didn't.

Top location right on Beach Walk, spacious 1 bedroom with two balconies and ocean view on 21st floor. Good value based on these factors. This was our second say at this hotel.

Housekeeping was not daily. They have a self service option for towels and amenities in between cleans. Not an issue for us but may not be desirable for others. Also street noise can wake you in the morning, but that’s Waikiki for you unless you want to pay for hotels with direct oceanfront positions.

The location was perfect close to the beach, restaurants, nightlife.

The Studio room is not great for aging folks, the bed is low and hard to get out of. The feet and frame of the bed are a trip hazard. I tripped over the bed leg and hit my face on the frame ending up with a black eye and bruise on my face. The room is very small.

Incredible location! Only 2 min from the beach in a street with nice shops and good restaurants. Rooms are ok, a bit dated, but clean and with a good view. We stayed here for 9 nights and the Staff was absolut wonderful and helpsome all the time. We never experienced any bad or negative situations. The hotel provide the cheapest overnight/week valet parking in Waikiki (as far as we experienced). We had a late evening flight out of Oahu at check-out day and the hotel stored our luggage and offered us towels so we could use the pool and showers the entire day. A very nice and appreciated gesture. The Pool is on 27th floor with a great view. I warmly recommend the hotel and will stay here again if I ever return to Waikiki. Price/room/location/staff 10/10.

I loved the location! I loved that we could rent beach chairs and boogie boards! The staff was amazing!

The beds were rock hard and so uncomfortable!

The location is hard to beat. You are steps from Waikiki's beach and from pretty much everything you need. The amenities in the room and resort were fine. You have pretty much whatever you need there from the ABC store downstairs to the gym and pool. The view we had from our room on the 24th floor was exceptional. The best attribute is definitely the location though. There is a plethora of things to do nearby.

Not really a big deal but the pool is small and not ideal for small children. The gym is adequate but low capacity. Hot tubs were nice but seemed a little dirty on occasion. I understand why, but the parking situation is very expensive and not very convenient.
