The space was just right for us. The bed was generously sized and very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The kitchen facilities were not fully functional, the blender was broken and the fridge was leaking. Additionally, the room had a noticeable odor, which seemed to suggest that the previous tenant had a pet, possibly a cat. The smell lingered throughout the apartment.

Our suite was very nice and perfectly equipped. We loved the terrace with access to the garden and enjoyed the visits of turkeys and nenes during our breakfast time. The property is very well kept, with a beautiful garden and golf course and staff were friendly. The location is very convenient too, just 30 minutes from the airport. We did not use the property facilities because we wanted to explore the Island to the extent possible.

Everything. Amazing value for a very comfortable stay in a good location with easy access to all the good beaches within 20 minutes drive. This property felt like a home. We were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Huge supermarket 2 minutes away. Our flight back home left at 10 pm and we were able to leave our luggage all day and even take showers before making our way to the airport. Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and well-appointed. Friendly staff who was prompt when called to solve problems. Nice pool. Close to shopping center. Central location for excursions on the north end of the island.

The condo is starting to look a little old and tired. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures were worn out. The cable was spotty. The above floor neighbors made a lot of noise - some of it due to poor sound insulation between floors. Fitness room could be larger.

Wall to wall carpets. There is no way that those carpets were shampooed in the recent years. Our unit was on the first floor and it was dark. There is zero sound insulation between the floors. So if you get someone above you who gets up at 04:30 and starts running around in the unit then you are in for a treat. Because there’s no sound insulation, you’re also part of their conversation.

Quiet. Centrally located on the Big Island. Nice rural/golf course views. No traffic or sirens. Shops within convent distance.

Windy - one window wouldn't close (living room of I 206) didn't affect the temperature but the wind made for a constant whistling sound. TV in Master bedroom remote was stuck on one channel.

Clean, safe, quiet, and spacious condo, relatively close to the beaches at A-Bay, Hapuna and Spencer; shopping at Queen’s and King’s Markets. Close to the Waikoloa Village KTA store. Beautiful golf course with lots of Nene, turkeys and other birds. Affordable compared to staying right at the beach. Free parking for 2 vehicles was a great bonus!

The condo carpet needs to be replaced. Smells musty.

The staff was very kind and professional, convenient location and beautiful sunsets. Our AC would not turn off and they fixed it promptly when we calked.

King bed was too soft and had dip and they did bug extermination while we were there and next morning there was a large dead bug in the living room. Glad they did extermination but it would be much better if they did it when units were between rentals with review the next day.

We loved the huge sized apartment with separate bathrooms/ensuites for everyone in our group of four! The pool area was practical, large enough for its purpose and close to the apartment. Great parking at the door of the apartment. Good value for money compared to the nearby resorts. Awesome to have our own laundry in the apartment and free of any extra charges!

There were no restaurants although a short drive up the road there were some.
