Beautiful pool and bar area. Nice restaurants in the area. Good laundry room for the guests.

Every thing was with extra pay. An expensive hotel in the first place, and another $30 a day for parking, $25 for breakfast per person, $200 for late check out, even some of the seats near the pool were with additional cost. If you want a room with better view $50 per night. That is very annoying. Nothing complimentary. Not on the beach front.

The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the places we needed when our flight and rental got messed up. The staff were very helpful, informative, and friendly. The view from our room was beautiful as we were able to see the ocean and the mountains in the distance. I enjoyed the pool side bar and on location laundry services.

The breakfast was not worth the $30 per person. I could’ve went across the streets and got the same thing for 12 dollars per person. I know because that’s what I did after the first day.

The staff are friendly but the delivery of the services was a bit slow. Room for improvement. Requesting a service needs for a least a half day to deliver, for example, I requested a kettle at the front desk, then rang to the customer service. I finally talked to the person who was responsible for serving our room, then I got it on the desk.

Great location and beautiful property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were nice! Food at the pool bar/restaurant was good. Would stay here again.

Overall great stay. The only small thing was that the complimentary water bottles are only given to you upon arrival and not replaced. However there is a water fountain. Otherwise there is a market in the hotel where you can purchase small things.

We had booked a room with seaview for a small extra charge. However, it was more of a view of the garden, although the sea could be seen from the side. Some of the staff were extremely friendly, but some could be improved.

Stylish hotel with a great little courtyard, bar, and pool area to hang out - also a stellar view of the ocean and west side of Maui. You can walk to Wailea beach, coffee shops, and outdoor shopping mall.

The parking lot is just below the pool, so parked cars are part of your view when you look out. Would have been sweet if they dug the parking lot in just a bit deeper to avoid this. Also, there’s no complimentary coffee in the morning.

Perfectly situated location on the mountain overlooking the ocean, great view of the surrounding areas! The swimming pool area provides a spectacular experience for all types of activities, and indeed helps create a good family swimming atmosphere!! Also there is a bar restaurant which serves food located inside the swimming pool area, who could ask for more than that? Thank you AC hotel staff for your dedication to making our Hawaiian vacation a great success!!

What could have been better? Since you ask, then maybe possibly sell a different type of bottled water then which is currently available now in your snack bar area?

We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The pool and bar area were stunning and had such a relaxing vibe. Our ocean view room was clean, large and had a beautiful view of the mountain. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We only wished we had stayed longer.

Clean and modern. Great view from the pool. Good location that is close to everything. Good restaurants within walking distance. Easy parking.

It would be nice if it had a restaurant. Pool was uncomfortably cold. Beach access is a significant walk.

Excellent! Non complaints. The 25$ daily credit at the bar/restaurant it's a great thing.

Daily housekeeping sometimes too light, depending on the person doing it but ok generally.
