The rooms were clean and comfortable. I prefer rooms that do not have carpeting. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great. We did get a deal on Booking.com and felt the price we paid was well worth it.

The carpeting in the hallway looked a little worn / dirty. The room was a decent size, as was the bathroom, but the space around the toilet was small. This was not a problem for us, but I can imagine that it would make things very difficult for a larger or taller person. I would have liked a printed version of our receipt. I am told that I will receive $100 back for each room as a sort of safety deposit. I understand the purpose of it and will be on the lookout.

I love this hotel, has great service friendly! It’s quiet. No one bothers you. It’s clean. Comfortable always smells good when you come into the lobby. I wish you stay longer! They come make your bed and bring you fresh towels every day

The staff was friendly and patient. The room was very clean. They were able to accommodate me and get me a room even though I came a few hours before check in.

I was surprised by extra surcharges. They explained it was for amenities for stays more than 1 night. They counter the charge by giving you a $15 voucher to the Bistro.

The staff was great, the room was immaculate and we had a great time.

The only reason I'm giving an 8 instead of a perfect 10 is because, when we got there the first night, room we reserved was unavailable. We had to sleep 5 people in a king room with no extra cot or anything (the person at the desk said they'd see if they had one, but never reported back.). We did get a replacement the next day and everything worked out. What saved this from being a bad review was the empathy of the lady working the desk Tuesday morning. She apologized for our inconvenience and gave us a refund of some charges and waived one of our fees. I appreciate that the issue was owned and we were compensated in some form.

Excellent location within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. Exceptionally clean rooms modern and updated. Friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the $15.00 food voucher for the cafe located in the hotel. Food and service was good but nothing to write home about. We also appreciated the free bottled water each day of our stay and the ease and convience of check in and check out. We were in for a music fest and they even had our room ready early which allowed us to get to our event early and without having to worrry about our luggage.

Room was close to the elevator so it was a little noisy. Also rooms are a little on the small side but for the amount of time we spent in the room it wasn't a big deal. Parking is pricey at $75.00 a day to park.

I loved the Bluetooth bathroom mirror, the wireless charging clock, the smart cast tv, the comfortable bed and the room all together.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that upon arrival, I was told that we could receive unlimited water. After the Beyonce concert, I asked the guy at the front desk for two waters. He said he could only give one, which in my mind, doesn’t seem “unlimited.” I had a three days stay at the hotel and only asked for water one day, and who to say I didn’t have a guest in my room who needed the second water? I believe that the hotel should’ve prepared for the number of water after the concert, especially after telling guests they were unlimited. Another thing I didn’t like is that after paying over $900 for my stay and the incidentals fee I believe that a microwave should’ve been in the room.

Convenient location, supper comfy bed and just right room size. Staff greeting us at the reception and when we came in is always friendly.

Messages to one staff would not necessarily reach the others. We asked for shampoo to someone who specifically came to ask us in the room if we needed anything and it was not brought to the room, even when they made the room. Inconsistency when making the room was seen as one day it was impeccable while the other had the shampoo incident, no hand towels we were left and only decaf coffee was put by the coffee machine.

The room was phenomenal and great location. Everything in walking distance honestly.

Didn’t like my room being right in front of the elevator. Heard every conversation early in the morning when trying to sleep in but other than that hotel and room was amazing and great location.

There’s no place to get water. You have to pay to get water and give you a very small water bottle complementary but paying three dollars for a bottle of water when it should be free. It’s crazy.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean room, good quality towels and bed linen, comfortable bed. The room is not big, but has all that I need. No carpet in room, that what I love. The staff are very friendly. The hotel located in 15 min walk from the downtown area ( Riverwalk, Millennium mile) or 8$ by the Uber. CTA Roosevelt station in 5 min walk from the hotel. It was very convenient for me to get to the Midway airport. Also I liked the breakfast at the hotel.
