I liked the location of the hotel as well as the large size if the room. We are trying to renovate our shower at home so it is nice to be able to relax from that. I absolutely loved the addition of the pool and the wide selection for breakfast. It's too bad I forgot to bring my swimming trunks. I love swimming. For sure alot better than the last hotel we stayed at in Aurora. Staff was also very nice as well.

More lighting outside might be a good idea. It seems a little dark at night. Also the beds seem a little firm but maybe that's normal for hotels? I am not sure. No vending machines though I'm not concerned about that. Please check the equipment in the workout room. I went to use the pedaling machine closest to the door but it sounds like something inside is broken when you peddle.

I have stayed here many times over the years. It's always a nice place to stay. Pricing on booking.com was pretty unbeatable for the quality of the hotel. This trip we were heading to a show at The Chicago Theater and didn't want to pay downtown Chicago prices. The Hyatt in Lisle was close enough to stay and then travel into the city for the show, and it was cheaper for 2 rooms than 1 room downtown. If we are staying anywhere while visiting Chicago, it's usually here at the Hyatt.

We only had 3 issues while staying there this time. Issue 1 was that our shower didn't drain fast enough to take a shower without almost filling the bathtub up completely. Never had that issue before, and I didn't want to take the time to complain. Issue 2 is more of a personal issue, and that was the pillows weren't the most comfortable. Issue 3 was that even numbered rooms were on the side closest to the interstate, and when traffic picked up in the morning, you got to hear plenty of traffic noise. We were on the 14th floor, and the noise got a little bothersome as traffic picked back up in the morning. But it doesn't deter us from staying here again.

Really loved the staff and all interactions with them. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the pool was so comforting and relaxing.

The light fixtures outside and in the bathroom were very buggy. Most time would flicker when turned on and take a couple tries when turning on not to. The TV was a little difficult to navigate, shows would often cut out randomly, and had very limited channels. Otherwise awesome

The bed was comfortable.

It looks like it hadn't been updated in quite some time. No one changed the sheets on my bed for the four nights I stayed there. I would have like them to change the sheets after two nights because then my mom joined me. It would have been nice to have clean sheets. I asked for them but they said it was too late. They could have done it earlier. Maybe there weren't enough maids working?

I liked how the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They treated us with respect and grace. It was great to have an array of restaurants in the area to eat from.

What I didn't like was that the Jacuzzi tub in the pool area was unavailable, the rooms could be bigger and more modernized and the drinks were watered down at the bar.

The staff here is amazing. The front desk lady named Kim was absolutely incredible. She was super nice and asked me what I was there for when I had told her that I was there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. She then upgraded my room for free. It was the room with the panoramic view. It was absolutely gorgeous and I couldn’t thank her enough.

The size of the room was nice. The housekeeping staff was great. Front desk service was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were very clean.

The elevators were working properly. You need to have your elevators serviced. Also, the cleanliness on the elevators should have been wiped down the gold part on the walls. Also, I’m used to have any microwave oven in my room

25 min from Chicago international airport, Lisle is the best place to stay if you have business meetings in the area and same time you want to go and visit Chicago downtown. 10-15 min driving there is Naperville, nice old town with good typical restaurants. If you like crab cakes this is the right place!

If you want to have some entertainment and not just business facilities it is a bit out of the life!

Staff was great. Especially the front desk attendant Carter. Always a pleasure to deal with him.

For two people, we had one bar of soap and one bottle of shampoo and conditioner.
