The custom omelets were awesome. The location was convenient for our purpose. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet.

There were three items that we found irritating. One, the water in the bathroom sink didn't work at all. This must have been an issue for previous renters, and yet the hotel continued to rent it to us at a high price. Since we were in a suite (the only one available, we were able to use the kitchen sink. The shower water worked fine. Two, the lighting for the mirror over the bathroom sink was dim. It was designer stylish, but not useful. Three, when we complained about the lack of water, we were not offered a discount, and the manager seemed puzzled that there was an issue. When we asked for a room change, we were told that they were fully booked.

The 2 queen bed suite is excellent for families- very spacious and clean. I like the kitchenette and the sitting space. The lobby area and cafe are nice and clean. The pool is great for kids and family-nice to lounge and have lunch.

The cleaning dept is not efficient. It took 2+ hours to get our room because it was being cleaned. The pool restrooms were dirty with toilet paper on the floor and urine on the toilet for days. One of the cafe workers was not using plastic gloves while working around the food area. And that same cafe worker was rude when I asked about the empty coffee -she told me to move the heavy coffee holder to get to the next one behind it. Also there was dog poop on the hallway rugs and sat there for 2 +days; I had to make my kids didn’t step on the poop every time.

The place was beautiful and clean. I have to give an amazing review to the girl in the grill for breakfast. She accommodated us and prepared an egg for my son right before breakfast time was over, even though she had just closed. He is medically complex and woke up late, and we were lucky to get him down to get breakfast . She was very kind and helpful, and her food was all he wanted and ate all day, really. Thank you. I appreciated that more than you will ever know. We traveled for my son's treatment in Boston's Children’s Hospital, and staying the night was the best thing we did. Thank you.

Spacious suite for long-term stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast.

A female staff member who made eggs to order for breakfast was unprofessional - on a few occasions, she claimed to have run out of order slips before scheduled close time of 9:30 AM, which resulted in some guests being denied their eggs to order. We had to get more slips from the front desk. Another time, she just disappeared well before closure time. The manager needs to ensure she change her attitude, else let her go. For extended stays, the room/suite daily rate should be somewhat lower than the regular rate for retail, non-business guests.

The location was convenient for our needs. My daughter was having eye surgery at MERSI which was an eight minute car ride from the hotel. That was key in my decision to book a suite at Hyatt House. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of choices available. The hotel was very clean and the staff were personable and accommodating. I really liked living a suite with a full kitchen, a living area and a completely separate bedroom with a door, which allowed my daughter to nap in a quiet bedroom after her out patient surgery, while I could watch TV in the living room and not disturb her rest.

The only thing I did not like was the mattress on my bed. I found it to be too hard and stiff for my personal preference. I would have appreciated a softer more flexible mattress. My daughter, on the other hand, thought the mattress on her bed was fine.

We were there for a family wedding. Many many rooms were rented out. Someone in our party was charged 180.00 for a bottle of wine and 2 mixed drinks. ( The bottle of wine is " Josh" which I have purchased at the store and is under 15.00. this young man in our party would not let me speak to management about this because he did not want to say anything. I have travelled alit myself and understand hotel bar prices are higher but that is absolute insanity.

Outstanding experience! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the clerk and immediately received an upgrade to a full suite, which made all the difference. While I attended a conference, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her time at the hotel. Every time I returned, she was happy – and as the saying goes, "happy wife, happy life." The breakfast was excellent, with a clean and tastefully arranged dining area. The hotel's location was very good – family-oriented, clean, and quiet. I particularly enjoyed seeing the bunnies strolling around the garden in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved that there was a made-to-order omelet bar each morning for breakfast - fantastic touch/bonus. Breakfast had a great variety of options.

We got in late after a long flight and the gentleman who checked us in was not very hospitable and gave us the wrong size room. The morning staff fixed it, but it was a pain to change rooms with all our luggage. They comped us for the difference for the first night.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is very convenient for places that I visit. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are nice. Staff was very friendly.

The food in the bar was not real good. Was going to get a burger, but they were pre-cooked. Got a chili dog that was served on a hamburger bun with a bowl of chili. The room refrigerator was barely cool. Used my cooler and ice. No NESN to watch Red Sox

This was an excellent business hotel located in the Route 128 area of Boston (high tech corridor). The building seemed quite new and facilities were excellent overall. Gym looked great though the pool was closed for the winter. The breakfast was quite good for this price class. The room was very spacious with a hot shower, minifridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and highly professional.

I enjoyed the hot water in the shower but for some reason, the bathroom sink wouldn't produce COLD water, which made it nearly impossible to wash my face in the morning without scalding myself. The sprawling layout of the building required a long walk to get stuff from my car. Also parking spaces were a little narrower than I would like.
