I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room & cleanliness as I did read a lot of reviews before booking & was very nervous by the mixed reviews. But I must say overall very happy with our stay, the size of the room, how comfy the bed was & most of all cleanliness. The clean part is very crucial especially the bathroom. The bathroom was big & very very clean. I would 100% book with them again.

Complimentary breakfast & other food options would be nice but great stay overall.

Our stay was extremely brief as we were out late for the Reenactment of Revere’s Ride then checked out very early to make it to the Battle of Lexington reenactment. We plan to return to the area to see all the history we missed when not so crowded and hectic. We will stay with you and appreciate the clean, comfortable and beautiful accommodations you offer. I wished for more sleep in that comfy bed!

Breakfast was great--we ate in the restaurant and the waitress, Lisa, deserves a prize! The voucher system is pretty clumsy, though, and we had to ask for vouchers after we had sat down. You should be able to order from the room without the QR nonsense.

QR nonsense, and it was not easy to make sure our BonVoy points were counted. I kept getting emails that my points were about to expire at the same time we were reserving our room.

Beautiful! Super clean and loved the personal touches in room having things on and the extra amenities, (even though I didn’t have a lot of time there) loved the blackout curtains had great sleep!, and charging hub on nightstand was so helpful!

Just the staff during late night arrival, parking was a bit confusing Westin branch in the future!

I wanted to give a extra shot out to the woman running breakfast on Saturday Jan 6. I was told breakfast started at 6:30am when I checked in and when I got to the restaurant that morning at 6:30 sharp since I need to leave by 6:50am the latest, she told me weekend breakfast did not start until 7am but she raced to put out a bunch of hot breakfast items for me, including a coffee with almond milk To go so I was able to make my 7am work meeting. I try appreciated her extra effort and her super positive energy that morning!

The location was great. The food was excellent which was served at the training. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was extremely clean.

The TV did not work. The reception was awful it was impossible to view any of the channels was planning on relaxing and looking at TV to detach from the heavy training schedule and topic of discussions covered.

I like the hotel in general, it's been close to a couple of clients I visit.

While it was cold outside, I could not get my room warm enough over by the desk, the first half of the room was warm, however by the desk with the window covered. with the night curtains, it was just cold. I had the heat up to 80 degrees to get the room warm.

Very clean, well appointed and spacious room

The breakfast was not a 4 star meal. It was a standard breakfast which, I don't feel, presented many well prepared and healthy options. Typical 2 star scrambled egg presentation, undercooked bacon, Danish that appeared to come out of a supermarket package. Just poor quality in my opinion.

Property was easy for Uber driver to find (and this was a good solution for a person who flew in on an international flight and wanted a night's rest before getting to another destination in MA, CT, etc. Check in was effortless and staff was welcoming and helpful. Large room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent shower with shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel offered in shower dispensers. I had an excellent night's rest.

Breakfast is OK, although I think there could be a little more selection.

We were not given our breakfast vouchers when we arrived, and only realised we were meant to have them at the end of breakfast the following morning, which meant we had to go back to reception to get them.
