The custom omelets were awesome. The location was convenient for our purpose. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet.

There were three items that we found irritating. One, the water in the bathroom sink didn't work at all. This must have been an issue for previous renters, and yet the hotel continued to rent it to us at a high price. Since we were in a suite (the only one available, we were able to use the kitchen sink. The shower water worked fine. Two, the lighting for the mirror over the bathroom sink was dim. It was designer stylish, but not useful. Three, when we complained about the lack of water, we were not offered a discount, and the manager seemed puzzled that there was an issue. When we asked for a room change, we were told that they were fully booked.

The location was convenient for our needs. My daughter was having eye surgery at MERSI which was an eight minute car ride from the hotel. That was key in my decision to book a suite at Hyatt House. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of choices available. The hotel was very clean and the staff were personable and accommodating. I really liked living a suite with a full kitchen, a living area and a completely separate bedroom with a door, which allowed my daughter to nap in a quiet bedroom after her out patient surgery, while I could watch TV in the living room and not disturb her rest.

The only thing I did not like was the mattress on my bed. I found it to be too hard and stiff for my personal preference. I would have appreciated a softer more flexible mattress. My daughter, on the other hand, thought the mattress on her bed was fine.

Outstanding experience! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the clerk and immediately received an upgrade to a full suite, which made all the difference. While I attended a conference, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her time at the hotel. Every time I returned, she was happy – and as the saying goes, "happy wife, happy life." The breakfast was excellent, with a clean and tastefully arranged dining area. The hotel's location was very good – family-oriented, clean, and quiet. I particularly enjoyed seeing the bunnies strolling around the garden in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent business hotel located in the Route 128 area of Boston (high tech corridor). The building seemed quite new and facilities were excellent overall. Gym looked great though the pool was closed for the winter. The breakfast was quite good for this price class. The room was very spacious with a hot shower, minifridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and highly professional.

I enjoyed the hot water in the shower but for some reason, the bathroom sink wouldn't produce COLD water, which made it nearly impossible to wash my face in the morning without scalding myself. The sprawling layout of the building required a long walk to get stuff from my car. Also parking spaces were a little narrower than I would like.

This is our go-to place when we visit Boston. Facilities are clean, and we enjoy the suite with the L-shaped sofa for hanging out with family. Pretty decent and fresh breakfast. Good restaurants not too far from the hotel too.

Went down to breakfast a little past 9 and they were running out of eggs but didn't seem to be planning to replenish. One other guest got really upset at them and made them make more. This is the first time this has happened to us.

From arrival to check out, everything was great. My request for my mother in law to have an ADA accessible room was honored; my request to have rooms close together was also met. Room was spacious and clean! The staff was welcoming and the evening bartender at the restaurant was amazing - accommodating, friendly and on point. Breakfast and dinner were both great - menu is a little limited but the quality was good.

We were driving an electric rental car and the two charging stations on the property were always in use even if the cars parked there were 100% charged. It would be great if the Hyatt House could ask car owners to move their cars to another non-charging spot once their batteries are at full charge so other visitors can charge their cars.

The room was super comfortable and well accommodated! The front desk staff was all very pleasant. The fitness room is complete with all the cardio equipment, all the dumbbells and a nice cable machine. I am up here in the Communistwealth working with the National Guard. My wife and I are staying with friends and so we frequent hotels for some privacy. This is one of the better ones we have stayed at. We wish we could stay here for the remainder of my duty until the end of March. It was very nice!

Very spacious for the reasonable price! Everything was clean and comfortable! Beds comfortable, kitchen clean, great little sitting area with TV.

The AC was SO LOUD. I think they need to repair the fan. Also the ceiling fan in the bathroom sounded broken and made a squeaking noise. The shower leaked water all over the floor even with the shower doors tightly closed. Also bathroom door was tight and hard to open and the paint was all rubbed off the side. This made the bathroom feel kinda run down. Stain on the carpet next to the bed.

I was satisfied with everything until a few days later, when they charged me for the room a second time and still haven't gave me my money back I am negative in my account and still haven't gotten any information about my money and I called the help center. They help me but I still don't have my money.

The second charge to my account for the room. other than that, I was pretty content with my stay. If we figure out what happened to my money and hopefully this doesn't happen to anybody else, I will refer anybody to this hotel.

Clean enough, good stay.

On Saturday AM there was a heavy stench of Onion/chives on the first floor that we eventually smelled in our second floor room. Source of the smell was a room by the backdoor in the vicinity of the backdoor elevator/pool. I told the front desk about it, the stench was unbearable. I saw a room close to the pool with many people inside with 100s of tupperware containers. I suspect they were cutting onions for a restaurant. They were ridiculously loud in the room also.
