We have been going to Embassy suites for over 30 years. The location is excellent ,depending on when you go good value for your dollar and we love the fact that there are two rooms with the suite. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

We had to laugh ...they invited us to a nighttime reception which consisted of melon and nuts. The breakfast buffet has also changed over the years, not as abundant as it used to be, and there was only one cup in the suite for coffee for two of us !!! it was obvious some cutbacks have been made, but I guess that's happening everywhere.!! also the pool was being cleaned during hours that it should have been open so we were unable to use the pool.

Breakfast was good. The omelets made to order was nice. The pool was big and warm and not deep. Great for kids. The room was nice, could've been a little bigger but everything was nice. And the bar.

There was only working elevator. I also don't like having to pay for amenities that should be included, such as parking and internet. Why are we paying for parking when it's already outside on site? That part wasn't my favorite. And not having internet sucked. Otherwise, it was fine.

Bar and dining area was a nice place to meet and hangout. A very good breakfast buffet, way above the the mark for most buffets. The staff were very friendly, and plumbing service came very promptly to our room to address a clogged toilet. Thanks!

Our toilet became clogged, and I had to call for plumbing service to clear it. The service came very promptly and addressed the problem. My teenage daughter was enamored of the idea of ordering room service since she had never done it before. Unfortunately, room service was not available, but this is a mere quibble compared to the otherwise fine experience that we had.

My kids really enjoyed the morning breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was good and there was a solid choice of foods to choose from. The suite we stayed in was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The TV had a great selection of channels to choose from to keep the kids busy as it rained.

It seems that the building (outside) needs to be painted and the pool was not available. I also did not like the $15/night parking fee when there seems to be ample parking around the building to make it free (versus if parking space was at a premium like in Downtown Boston).

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Literally, every single person that worked there was super friendly and engaged in conversation.

The pool water was foggy. It seems like it had a lot of chemicals in it. Also, when we went back to the room to shower, the water was not draining so maintenance had to fix that (which he did).

Breakfast. Hot shower with excellent water pressure. Comfortable beds. Location to the local train station for Boston center.

Dirty bedding and trash was left in the corridors. Only decaf coffee for the coffee maker and no toilet paper when we arrived.

The “restaurant.” I waited over an hour for a terrible steak. I had to go looking for someone to bring out my food, which I had ordered med well, & then got this fatty piece of meat, that was more like med rare but I had already waited so long.

I stayed here the night before surgery at Waltham Mass General day surgery.

We ate dinner at the restaurant. There was only one very nice young man serving the entire dining room. My salmon came out practically raw, had to go back. My husband was finished with his meal, when mine returned.

Suite fits three of us well， comfortable and spacious rooms，two tables with multi chairs are plus. Location is convenient. The free breakfast is the best of all. Rooms are clean. Front desk is very friendly.

Parking is charged. It may be normal at urban areas. It could be better if a discount is available for the guests.

Breakfast was good. I like the variety in the options that were available. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I had a peaceful sleep. I certainly will recommend it.

The thing I liked the least was the fact that I had to pay for access to wifi. I did not understand it. Everything else was just fine. Customer service was ok.
