Did not hear the elevator like other reviewers mentioned Restaurant with direct access via hotel lobby--very convenient on rainy days and the food was good.

Not really anything within safe walking distance, but staff at front desk recommended Prospect Hill Park, which was less than 10 minutes away by car. Beautiful spot with hiking trails, playground, etc. The beds were comfortable but felt a little small for 2 people. The room felt a little bit dark even with drapes open, maybe because we were on a lower floor.

Very comfortable extremely clean the pool looks beautiful it's got a gym wonderful breakfast love the waterfall and the fresh fruit water I would definitely go back again just to get away from home not even for vacation it's a comfortable place to be.

I had a little confrontation with one of the managers but we were able to work something out after she listened and actually understood where I was coming from so she worked with me and is willing to give me a $50 gift certificate and as long as I called booking.com and have them call Helen and Helen will give me the $50 gift certificate to use the next time I go booking.com is supposed to get back to me and they said they would give me the booking price as well and I also have like $50 in genius loyalty so I'll probably end up with almost one night free and she said that she would give me one of the best upgraded rooms for a fair price so I'm looking forward to going back.

The room was a very good size for the price and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were amazing. Make sure to wake up for breakfast! It was the best I’ve had at a hotel before.

Being woken up by the maid…but I feel like that happens at every hotel you stay at. The fridge downstairs for breakfast was broken and everything inside was expired (due to the fridge not keeping cold) so we couldn’t have yogurt/cream cheese with our bagel.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and healthy alternatives for those not wanting to eat lots of carbs. You could also request a special breakfast made. Fitness gym was nice. Could have used towels and spray to wipe down equipment after sweating after workout.

I was not happy when ai got to my room with 2 pillow classes laying on my bed. Staff forgot to complete putting them on my pillows. Also, in my room the mattress needs to be changed out. Was not comfortable. I slept on the left side closes to tv and could tell that the mattress was well used.

I am allergic to animals so I chose this hotel because it is not a pet friendly hotel. The room is clean, It has hight comfortable bed mattress. also happy it provide makeup remover as I forget to bring mine.

Shower water is hot enough for my husband but not as hot as I like it, also a bit inconvenient as does not provide disposable slippers. Breakfast has a lot selections. The coffee machine work wasn’t great, better to choose regular coffee instead the decaf as the caffeine was weak.

A very pleasant hotel with spacious rooms . A great location for driving into Boston . It only took us approximately 20 minutes to get to Boston Common but that was on a Saturday and Sunday. Ample parking . Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Will definitely return.

A little bit more expensive than we are used to but accommodation in and around Boston is expensive .

Bedroom was clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Breakfast tasted good with variety of options, healthy and nutritional.

Inside the hotel the air did not smell good, perhaps due to the strong perfume fragnance. Personally, the natural air normally makes people feel more confortable. In addition, the pool was small. It'd be great to have a bigger pool with longer lanes so customers could swim and enjoy the water activities.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly, gym and pool were good, and the breakfast was spread out well for functional flow and staff were attentive to keep it stocked. There is also a restaurant/tavern connected to the hotel for easy quick bites to eat with a fully stocked bar if that is something you enjoy.

The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good (and free). Everything was very clean and inviting. The rooms were huge. The connected pub had good food at an affordable "boston" price. I highly recommend the Greek salad with chicken.

The elevator is very loud.. I could hear it from my room near the end, which wasn't a huge deal. As the night went on less people used it. Also, the supplied soap and shampoo was very lemony.. I know it's petty of me, but why would anyone want to smell like a lemon?

Convenience. I enjoy eating at the copper house tavern. Very comfortable beds. And I enjoy the balcony, especially overlooking rt 128 all jammed up and I have no where to go except downstairs for dinner.

Reserving a balcony room through booking.com apparently didn't transfer to the hotel. However, Sam at the front desk was able to get me into a balcony room. Everything turned out good, and I enjoy the sunsets from my room. Other than that glitch, l have no other complaints. There was no "do not disturb" door hanger in my room.
