Omar greeted us with a smile and was helpful during check IN. Our Bed was comfortable. Dint hear any noise on the Hall way or other rooms. I'm a light sleeper and usually during Hotel stays, i have a hard time sleeping. During check Out, the staff directed us to breakfast. The Coffee was Strong.

the towels were broken, extremely ruff on my skin, they should be a larger size. The Bathroom Faucet was a bit loose, not a leak. I don't have much bad to say. Overall great stay

This is not a complaint, just things I've noticed. I stayed in room 607, the AC didn't work, there's only 1 outlet in room amongst the 3ppl that shared the room, the room was pretty standard compared to how downstairs looked (which was beautiful), there's no microwave to hear food that was ordered, the restaurant staff on Sunday was very mediocre 😳 no personality and we clothed understand the one waitress. But again, this is not a complaint. I did enjoy my stay. Then I found out that floors 7 through 10 were newly renovated, so the staff did switch or room for us. I understand that the other floors are next. I did enjoy my stay, and it was in a great area. I will definitely stay again

I love the heating system-quiet and not drying some hotels. The room was at a comfortable temperature when I arrived (usually they are always cold). The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The room itself was a comfortable size excluding the tight bathroom. There were plenty of towels and toiletries

This was my 2nd stay and not as up to par as my first stay. The coffee shop downstairs was never open and I had to have my first cup from the hotel room coffee maker (yuck when your expecting Starbucks). The bathroom was tight (my first stay had a roomier bathroom). The shower head leaked at the connection and water was spraying into the exhaust fan. I informed staff but did not see it corrected during my stay. I'm surprised housekeeping didn't notice this-seemed to have been happening for some while. Visitors outside the room during the night were loud and slamming doors (1am-3am).

The staff double booked our stay. My husband checked in earlier during the day. He put our belongings in our room. At 10:30pm we arrived to pickup my key. My husband was parking the car. I asked the front desk for a key to our room. The female gave me a completely different room. I asked her for a handicap accessible room, she stated none were left. Then my husband arrived inside I told him I have the key, he responded “why I already have my key”. Only to find out it was a completely different room”. I need to make sure I was not charged double. The girl behind the counter assured me I would not get charged again. She could not provide any documentation. I still don’t know what I was charged. Please advise. Sandra leonardis 6097093765. Wow! The lobby is beautiful. When you go down to the fitness center there are marble floors. There is a bar that is open during the evenings. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location is tough unless you have a car. Not an extremely walkable area. On the other hand, there is a restaurant and Walmart right across the street if you can get there.

The room was 5 star and spacious and very clean. The floor was made of deluxe and I was surprized we got that for $100 only. The breakfast was not offered but there is a walmart right in front of the hotel and we went there to bring bread, muffins and spreads to do our breakfast in room which offered us free coffee. The hotel seems Brand new and I believe was the best one in our 20 days long trip. 10/10. We also liked the free spacious parking lot and a large lobby with option for breakfast and dinner.

Had some issues with both my card not being accepted by the reader which was quickly solved by the ladies at the desk! The room initially didn't have a safe, after talking to the front desk they send over someone from maintenance and installed one straight away and offered another room if I wanted to, great service. Only downside was some issue with the plumbing (The water was very slow to drain in the sink) even after a check from the staff. Also if would be nice if there was a special offer for extended stays but all in all it's a descent place for the price they ask. Will be back again.

Initially no safe in the room but that was solved quickly. It would be nice if there was someone at the front desk at all times but I understand that during the night it can be hard to have someone around all the time. Besides that automatic deals for an extended stay would have been a plus but they offer fair rates for the facilities they offer.

Location, price.

When checking out, the lady at the desk was busy doing other things and left a note on desk “ back in 10 minutes.” I guess they were short staffed because she was changing water and doing other non-desk chores. We couldn’t wait, so hopefully everything was ok. She was very nice and helpful before she left the desk, so nothing negative about her personally.

I like that the staff was willing to work with me as I was not feeling well. They were quite accommodating and allowed me to stay a bit longer than the normal checkout time. Although I did leave a pair of boots which I'm praying I can reclaim tomorrow. I only checked out today.

The room was decently updated but the bathroom looked a little tired. It was in fact clean and appointed properly for pricing. The lighting could have been a bit more convenient and varied.

Everything in the room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent TV and being able to connect to streaming networks was a plus..Also the wireless charger next to the bed was a bonus. Also the room was very spacious.and the room and bathroom were very clean.

The only issue I have is the shower head. Not great but I was only there for one night.
