breakfast was delicious. loved the new waffle batter options. our room had issues with being overheated and the staff were able to come and assist us right away. I had pressed some buttons on the AC before I noticed that the AC was controlled by a wall unit instead. the facilities staff got it working after various attempts (about 20-30min). if the problem was not able to be fixed, the manager was working on getting us moved to a hotel down the street for the same price since they were fully booked up. it was so nice to have everyone jump in to help us! I even went back out to the manager in the front and gave her $10 to give to the guy who was able to get the AC fixed. The front desk manager seemed very annoyed at me since I was freaking out about switching hotels rooms initially, but I did appreciate her quick thinking and her helping us at least find another room in a sister hotel nearby.

the issue with our rooms AC was scary because I had two hours to get ready for an event and due to that AC issue, it got downsized to 1 hour to get ready. the staff was so helpful though, it made it okay.

Lovely place to sit down at and rest for the night. Pool was heated, rooms were comfortable and spacious, it was a perfect stay. Breakfast completely blew my expectations, as usual hotel breakfasts are normal waffles and syrup, but this place had a strawberry glaze, whipped cream, so many more options to customize your waffles in the morning. Just LOVED it. I would certainly come back to this place if we're ever close by, and would certainly recommend staying here.

Whenever we would come back to our room, one of our neighbors' dogs would start barking. Although these barks don't last for long, it was certainly not something one might want during their sleep. You might not have a simular experience staying here, but be warned that you might encounter a simular situation.

The location was good, but it was hard to find on route 46 East. I drove past it once and had to U-Turn and loop around again until I initially found it. Once in the Hotel, it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk employees were extremely pleasant, polite and friendly. Breakfast was nice. The room was perfect for me. Room darkening shades, quiet, very comfortable bed/mattress.

Just two little issues. The elevator button broke both nights that I was there. I saw the technician fix it, then it was broken the exact same way the next night. The other small issue was that the Ice Machine did not work at all. I informed the front desk.

The manager on duty, Erica, was very accommodating and helpful. She called to tell us that we may not be able to get the early check in we requested. She explained the hotel's policy regarding early check in. I told her our reason for needing this service and she said although she could not promise us, she thought that there could possibly be a room available by the time we arrived. She was very courteous. When we arrived, she remembered our conversation and welcomed us with the news that she did have a room ready for us. Erica was wonderful.

We thought there would be a microwave and fridge in the room, so we were disappointed that there was not. However, that is my fault for not paying closer attention to the amenities provided.

EVERYTHING! This is by far the BEST hotel I EVER stayed in - and I stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the US, Canada, Europe and the world! HUGE room with bedroom, work area/office and living area plus kitchenette and very nice bathroom. Free water upon check-in. Don't know if all this is "standard" but I am a Hilton Honors member (didn't actually know that) Great breakfast, too. Like I said: this place made me feel special. A++

Nothing negative at all.

Hot breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Coffee not ideal for our tastes, which means dark roast even in the morning. The man running the breakfast bar was extremely polite and very helpful. When some of the maple syrup ran off the waffle plate, he was very discrete in cleaning it up without in any ey embarrassing us.

Convenient parking and helpful staff

More comfortable beds. One of the beds in my room sunk in. There were also water marks in the ceiling which did not seem healthy. There could also be better variety and quality for breakfast. The sausages both straight and round tasted cheap.

Although this Hampton Inn was undergoing renovations, and only one elevator (instead of two) was working, our stay was affected very little. Our room was large and comfortable and well maintained. The staff worked hard and were very attentive.

Great experience, I was treated very well, the receptionists provided excellent service, the room cleaning staff were impeccable every day, the breakfast was 10/10! I want to thank all the team who were part of my excellent stay, I intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it. cleanliness, good beds, very good shower, minibar

I like everything

The place was clean and comfortable.

There were two issues I had. One was the fact that they had work going on to recoat the parking lot but did not have a good place to park. The staff really did not have any idea where we should park, and there was barely hot water. It was warm at best.
