The property was clean, conveniently located, quiet and affordable. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The sofa bed was not really very comfortable, even for two young children. The mattress springs made the bed very lumpy. We were surprised how packed the indoor pool was with teenagers on Saturday night. There was nothing bad happening, just lots of kids having fun, but it surprised my family.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. The shuttle transport was beneficial as the location is a distance from the town and we did not have our own vehicle. Good choice for breakfast.

Located quite a distance away from the town and train station so needed to really on the hotel’s shuttle and ubers.

The location was great, the staff very kind (even with being short-staffed) and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a leak in the bathroom as someone over our room was taking a shower and the water was leaking down our bathroom walls and covering part of the bathroom floor. Maintenance did address the issue immediately by checking the upstairs room over ours, however, because the floors were very wet at the time, we had to use some of the available towels in our bathroom, we did ask the front desk for more towels, but, due to the hotel being short staffed we did not receive them.

The location of the hotel was great. Along with the location, the hotel and its amenities were also excellent. All in all, it was money well spent.

For the price, I believe all was in order and expecting more would be a stretch.

Did not have any meals at the hotel.

There could have been two lighting options in the bathroom. One was too bright. I think the lenses on the two ceiling lights were missing and there was only one light switch, so it was all or nothing.

The guy at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming with his big smile. He made our day every time we passed by and he greeted us so kindly. Rooms were spacious and very clean, great shower. Pool water was a perfect heated temperature.

The man at the restaurant was rude when we asked if there was free breakfast. We didn’t realize they charged, we had never been there before and were just clarifying, but he was clearly annoyed with us for asking, like we should known, and then he walked away in the middle of our brief conversation.

The room was very spacious and clean. The Breakfast area was very comfortable.

The shower. Even though had a very modern look, was too narrow you could hardly move around. And there were few towels I had none for my hair. The Face mirrow light did not work.

I cancelled this reservation because my cousin, Suzanne Staats, was able to get a better price from you on the same room. She and I were sharing this room for two nights. I know that the staff knew because there was a key under my name when I got there for the room she had booked. However, I still have not seen a refund for the 2 nights that I had paid. Please check in to this and rectify. Thank you.

Room was clean and adequate. Beds comfortable. The hotel seems to be in the middle of a renovation. It was a little dated.

Check in process was flawed.My reservation was shown as canceled. The hotel could not get close to the rate I received from Booking. I had a genius discount. However, a telephone call to Booking fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Also, had to continually ask for fresh towels.

The front desk staff were so nice and made me smile after a long drive. They were really friendly and helpful at check out. My room was big and clean and the bed was really comfortable. I didn't notice much noise from outside or the hallway. There is a restaurant but I didn't have time to try it out or any other amenities. There are a lot of restaurant options within a short drive.

The bathroom could use some updating but everything worked fine. The lamp outlets next to the bed were loose and there wasn't another plug option by the bed.
