The front desk staff is always nice and friendly to me.

The only small suggestion I have is that i think they should have smart tvs in the room.

That we could extend our stay

That the price isn't the same all the time and the weekend is always tripled the amount so you can't stay the weekend at their hotel .

If they served breakfast I did not know about it,there is plenty of places you can get food in area,I went out and got food and drinks,I got a decent parking in street.I really did not have a problem with the area ,And no it is not a hotel for the homeless!it is a decent place to stay I would stay there again and recommend it,1 Block to your left leaving hotel is a huge shopping area.Traffic alittle noisy for a while then dies down!

A complementary water would have been good!the lightbulb on the bedside was missing!

The staff was very helpful and personable with any questions and request. The room was very clean and nice and a typical new York size room.

I had not been informed of the security deposit only being in cash. The parking around the hotel is attainable but with luck and little patience.

The room was room, but the floor could have been mop better. I was very surprised that it had a refrigerator. But could change the refrigerator temperature.

The floor I was on which was the 4th floor was very noisy after 11 P.M.

Reception, staff service, facilities, almost everything.

The price was highier than I expected.

Easy access to a lot of food and deli options.

It was very nice and clean.

The facility and staffs were nice.

The rooms are clean, towels were soft, bed was comfortable. Overall a very nice room.

The only thing that was a little strange was they are cash only, which I didn’t know until check-in. They have an ATM in the lobby, so not a big deal.
