Fisrt off very Kool staff. The room itself is super cozy ! Clean and the bathroom....very nice. I could just live in the shower.

No microwave and lacks a closet. I didn't see a Iron.

I really liked the location. I’m familiar with the neighborhood and what’s around the hotel. Very close to the A\C subway line which gets you to every borrow pretty much. Also not far from the 4 and 3 line if you don’t mind walking a bit. For those traveling a little more the LIRR is also right down the block. Numerous bus stops around the block as well. The Transpertation options make this hotel and its location PRIME. I also really liked the simplicity of the rooms, the addition of the fridge at no extra cost, ability to use the microwave downstairs if needed, reasonable vending machine in hotel as well. Staff were super friendly and took the time to say more than hello when they recognized it was my second time staying at the property. Raaj was particularly helpful and always had a smiling face when I came down in the morning from the elevator and started my day. I can’t wait to be back!

This isn’t something I didn’t like but I do wish there was some type of bench outside in the front. A few times I’ve been waiting for Ubers or friends and wished I had a place to sit while outside.

The room is a little small but doable. I really enjoyed the hotel room bed was comfy, room was clean! Parking is a little rough but they let me park on the side walk in front of the building so helped out tremendously in the morning. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

The train going by I slept through it no problem but my partner is a light sleeper so maybe consider getting some ear plugs or noise canceling device. I don’t mind a noise like that because I’m a truck driver and use to passing traffic to put me to sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Mirage Hotel, The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze also they helped me with late checkout till 12pm as i woke up late in morning. My room was spotless and beautifully designed, providing the perfect retreat. Room service was nice and on time. Its a wonderful hotel!

tv didnt work when i looked online the rooms was 155 when i get there they charged 225 so i called to check whats the rates they say 150 everyday

the area and location i like but the rooms are nice and clean the building is clean.

Wi-Fi crashed at times but staff were extremely helpful in rebooting it. Was better in the room, mainly the lobby had some issues with it.

Beautiful views. Big comfy bed. Many convenient shops very close by and different types of of places to eat. All this comfort in beautiful historic Bed stuy Brooklyn.

The bed was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The TV was big and me and my fiancé had a great stay.

I was trying to book another stay but the price of the same room raised 50% more.

7 eleven nearby, nice clean room, the air conditioner was blasting freezing, great stay overall💚

Staff were extremely helpful, room was contemporary and had all of the facilities and it was very reasonably priced.
