In hotel and rooms was everything fine, we had 2 rooms for 6 people and we hade everything we needed. Just the bar downstairs was loud on Friday and Saturday. We hade 4 kids with us and I didn't slept well. If you want quiet place, better go to different place. But we enjoyed New York anyway. Close to hotel we had good pizza, burgers and also great bagels for breakfast. And metro station is also close, so we were fast and easy in Manhattan. And in the morning we took bus to the JFK few steps from hotel. This was good with kids and luggage. Thank you anyway for great stay.

Stay was satisfactory.

I chose Hotel 1080 because it was walking distance to my daughter's apartment. I was a little nervous about how noisy it might be on Broadway, and my daughter was nervous that it might be "seedy." But my room was very clean and quiet, and the staff were great. The mattress wasn't the best (don't think I could have shared it with my husband) and a bedside table would have been nice, but aside from that I would say it was an excellent deal for the price. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Brooklyn in April.

I wasn't able to control the room temperature. Although there was a thermostat, adjusting it had no effect on the temperature.

Didn't have breakfast, never heard of it either 😕

The part when you said I would get my $100.00 deposit back AT CHECK OUT TIME! AND AFTER 24 HRS I HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK AND ASK WHY DID IT GO FROM PENDING TO PAID? THAT HAD ME VERY CONFUSED,IT WAS AS IF YOU TOOK THE FUNDS LIKE WE DID SOMETHING WRONG IN THE ROOM. OTHER THEN THE TAKING TO LONG TO RETURN MY FUNDS,IT WAS A VERY GOOD PLACE,ONE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. BUT IT WAS KINDA CHILLY IN THERE ALSO.

My room was spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was unable to control the temperature in my room. The thermostat said it was 68 degrees, but I'm pretty sure that was not accurate. At home I keep my thermostat at 65 degrees, which I find comfortable; I found the hotel room quite cold. I was prepared with a sweater since I had stayed here before... but I am hesitant to stay in the summer if I can't control the temperature. It's relatively easy to deal with a too cool room but not with a too warm room.

Located right on Broadway, just a few short blocks from subway stops and citi bike docks, made it very easy to move around the city. There is a store right next door for grab and go drinks, snacks and the Brooklyn essential late night order of chicken over rice. Cozy bed

Bath towels were old, rusty/bleach stains on some but still did their job so I would call this minor. Power flashed in room often during the hottest parts of the day, always came back on its own.

The staff is wonderful. The location is great for those who know how big the city is and how to use trains (J train is super close, M train is close-ish). The room is spacious for a NYC hotel. Good price value. oom was cleaned every day.

The walls/doors are thin, so I recommend ear plugs for light sleepers

Comfortable, clean room. Wonderful location. Friendly, helpful staff. The HVAC had no problem keeping us warm even though it got below freezing every night we were there. The room was fairly cozy, so while we didn't feel cramped we definitely didn't have any trouble summoning up the will to go out into the city.

The hallway outside our room often smelled like weed, and the other guests were fairly loud well into the night -- our stay was over the weekend (F,Sa,Su), so I'm not shocked that we intersected with the party crowd, and it didn't bother us, but it was definitely noticeable and worth mentioning.

Stand here twice on two different nights. The rooms are nice - modern furniture and wooden fittings. Nice big shower, comfortable bed. Coffee available downstairs plus iced water. Internet worked well. Very easy to get to with nearby metro station. It's normal prices are not so low for what you get.

The bar/restaurant downstairs is very noisy and very crowded indeed at weekends, though my rooms faced the back and it was fine when I was in them. Loud music in the evening so not so good sitting downstairs at that point.

Clean and nice room, sheets could have been a bit thicker and warmer for cold NY nights however.

Its a good deal for a place to rest after a long day of activities. It was clean and staff were helpful. If you care a lot about extras and amenities, then don't book.
