The location is very convenient, less than 5 minutes walking from a subway station, close to supermarkets, caffe shops and restaurants. The room is very new and clean.

The television didn’t work well, the connection with the Wi-Fi feel down lots of times. I also missed a mirror in the bathroom.

This hotel had a beautiful room, clean room with friendly staff, lots of free street parking. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel is brand new and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend everyone to stay there! I will absolutely be back again!

Because the hotel is brand new there was still some construction around but it did not affect our stay.

We stayed here for a week for our holiday in New York. This was my first time visiting from the UK, the staff were lovely, when we first came to the hotel Sam was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Room size was normal, enough for two people. Value for money was really good here. Location is amazing right next to the morgan av subway station so it takes you to manhattan. Accessible via subway from the airport too!

I would say the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, it consisted of a few pastries and cereal bars. But aligns with the price so no complaints

it was all good. just the door to bathroom were a bit annoying.

I liked the balcony, it was very spacious bigger than expected on the second floor. The bathroom was good in general especially the shower I feel like I could stay there for hours. I liked the TV in the bedroom, I liked putting random movies and shows. It had a good selection of stuff to watch. I liked that it had different drawers to put things in even if it was only one item in the whole thing like a pair of socks or something. The coat hangers were useful I liked that! There was free water and napkins I enjoyed. It was very fun to open and close the balcony door handle, it was sleek and smooth to the touch even though it took a while to learn how to master it properly. The staff was good. Shoutout to Sam for a smooth checkout.

The bathroom door was heavy and hard to push and pull open or close. One of the balcony chairs outside was broken kind of that made you go all the way back if you let it like a lounge chair. I didn't enjoy that the safe didn't work? I'm guessing the previous guest left it locked and didn't unlock it when checking out? The bed was squeaky. The TV was at a odd angle. The coffee machine is in the lounge but it's not a problem really unless you're lazy like us.

Great staff–good check-in/check-out. Also, the water dispenser wasn't dispensing hot water, and I was in a bit of a rush and was really going to benefit from some caffeine, and the staff member cleaning the floor nearby dropped what he was doing to help me get hot water. Thank you! Very comfortable room, nice views. Great location two blocks from the subway and near some excellent food. Nice fitness center. It would be great if the weight selection could be expanded more–dumbells of higher weight and also more weight for the bar for squats, bicep curls, etc.

I recently stayed at this amazing place for 9 nights and I cannot say enough good things about it. The location was perfect, only 2-minute walk from the subway and 20-minute ride to Manhattan. The place was quiet and safe, making it a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The room was clean, cozy, and warm. The customer service was exceptional, but I must give a special shoutout to Wisdom. He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Wisdom was incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information and recommendations. He was always friendly, approachable, and had a genuine smile on his face. All of the employees were very kind and accommodating, but Wisdom truly stood out. Thanks to him, our trip was made that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great location, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service make it a top choice for accommodation. I will definitely be returning to this place in the future.

Modern hotel. Very close to the metro line. It is easy to get to Manhattan in 30-35min. The gym was good. Having some exercise mats and some cleaning products to clean the equipment after use would make it even better. Coffee machine available 24/7. The coffee was good.

The breakfast options were limited and no healthy options available (e.g., fruit). The pastries available tasted good. The neighborhood looks a bit dangerous, but it actually felt safe.

Perfect location. Plenty of free parking right in front/on the side of the hotel. Great view of downtown Queens. Walking distance to all of the major Williamsburg venues. Comfortable room and nice bathroom with a good mini fridge and microwave. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Spacious room fits a travel baby crib and they allow pets ($150 fee per pet). Price reflects the lack of amenities, I hope they don't raise the price of this place. Worth it to me.

Hardly enough amenities in the room: no coffee machine, no desk/chair, no robes, no luggage table. Same goes for the hotel amenities: no gym, no laundry room, no breakfast area/coffee.

There was parking available about 4 minutes walking from the hotel for $29 extra, which was very convenient. The hotel was clean for the most part — the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels. The location was also great, just 2 minutes walking from the subway.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bedding. The sheets and pillowcases looked a little yellow and had a slight smell, so I wasn’t completely sure if they were freshly cleaned, although they didn’t have any stains.
