The room had a small kitchen with a microwave, electric stove and even 2 sinks, but no kitchen utensils. The air conditioning was on when I arrived, so the NYC summer heat didn't disrupt my comfort. There is a good grocery store across the street with fresh, warm cooked food that we visited several times during the stay.

The elevator was a nightmare, but that wasn't the hotel's fault as the electricity was weak due to the air conditioning running throughout the city.

The staff were beyond helpful at all times. Fidel was our main point of contact and was so very thoughtful. He upgraded our room to a larger suite so we had a bed each as well as a kitchen area. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast is simple, two cereal options, bagels with choice of toppings prepared by a lovely lady. Very basic provisions on a Saturday for breakfast as it’s the Sabbath. Area is not the quietest as it’s New York and they do like using their car horns. Two subway stations within a 10 minute or so walk. Lots of places to eat and drink within about 10-30 minute walk. Thank you to the team.

The room was huge, was not expecting the suite with separate living and bedroom. It was clean and very comfortable. The front desk help went above and beyond to help us navigate to Manhattan on the subway. Absolutely fantastic service, so friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was not good. It was very limited which is fine. However, the bagels were horrible. If that is the main breakfast item, highly suggest you provide a better bagel. I got a bagel with cream cheese, took a few bites and threw mine out and I love bagels.

Nice and virtuous stuff, easy check in; loved the minimalistic esthetic of the room! Beds were really comfy, pillows and covers were high quality and shelled really nice (not like a hotel, but more like home wash). Also the room was such high sealing and not stuffy, you could also open the window a bit and enjoy the city view. There is a parking on property which we gladly used. Great location and safe neighborhood, with lots of places to walk to.

The room could use an extra chair (there was only one, so for two people to put their cloths on you need two chairs, or the stuff will lay in the floor). A mini fridge would’ve also been nice.

Very spacious rooms, we liked having a kitchen area in addition to the sleeping room. Great affordable hotel in the area. Very clean, staff welcoming, met all of our expectations or exceeded them. It’s a smaller hotel building but we didn’t mind, we came for a friend’s wedding and had a great time. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was good, also appreciated the ice machine.

- Shower pressure was weak, also nozzle to adjust the water temp was hard to maneuver - says blackout curtains in the room but they did not block the light, sunshine very bright in our room in the morning - Wifi signal in our room was weak

The hotel staff is very kind, very helpful. They cleaned our room every day, they brought fresh new towels, new soaps etc. every day. After checking out, they allowed us to keep our luggages there, while we had our last program in Manhattan. We were really keen on the freshly toasted bagels with creams in the morning made to go.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety (vegetables, butter, salami or ham, eggs and cheese).

Staff was so friendly, accommodating and helpful! They let us check in a little early and held our luggage after check out since our flight wasn’t until later that night. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very basic but I’m good with coffee and a bagel so worked for me!

The hotel is spacious and clean but don’t expect state of the art amenities. TV had only a few basic channels. The location is also not the most ideals as all local shops are made specifically for Hasidic Jews. The nearest subway was about 12 minute walk.

Pristine clean, friendly staff, big rooms, great value for money. Descent bagels for breakfast (we did not even order breakfast, but it was included anyway) You can leave your luggage in the storage room which has cameras. I accidentally left something in the storage room and remembered only a few days later. I went to the lobby to ask for it and it was there Felt very safe and very welcomed

The only small thing would be the elevator not working properly, I think the 3rd floor button is broken. But it did not affect a wonderful stay

I loved how clean it was. I loved how polite everyone was. When I checked in they even gave me a free water bottle; The big one not the regular size water bottle. Also 2 buses stopped right on the corner from the hotel which made it easy to travel and be able to have easy transportation. Also another 3 blocks from the hotel another bus was accessible.

It was nothing to complain about.
