The staff, especially Ahmed and Mitha could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazingly clean and the beds very comfortable. The cafe next door does wonderful breakfasts and transport from Brooklyn to Manhattan is right on the doorstep. Lots of funky little bars and restaurants across the street on Myrtle.

Great value hotel walking distance to downtown Brooklyn. This is a great place for tourists but it’s a great place for a romantic night because they have prioritized a big comfy bed and a huge TV with Netflix etc. There is also a medium sized fridge with room for food and drinks which is not super common in NYC. Small area to hang clothes which helps. My room on the second floor was quiet.

Water pressure in shower on 2nd floor wasn’t great.

On my last day my shower basically stopped working, was alright before though. Stains in some places of room but can’t complain.

The room was clean , the TV was big and clear. However the phone was missing buttons and the remote was missing the back.the batteries were taped in. Otherwise, all was well. I was able to park in front.there were no negativity around the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Its a very good deal considering how close to Manhattan you are. Unfortunately, the area doesn't feel 100% safe after the sun sets but if you are planning to work during the day and stay indoors after 9 pm this is a very solid option.

The cleanliness was great and so was the price and comfortable enough to spend one night for me at least.

The shower had a leak from the roof I was on the basemant floor and thats all I didn't like

That's the room was spacious and they have a fridge in the room it would be nice if they had a tea or coffee machine in the rooms.

They need to get more better covers and sheets sets due too it being washed alot and the rooms that have smoked in it they need to give those covers in the garage some of them have holes but everything else was good the people that work here are pleasant and the cleaning crew are good as well they going work with what they doing a good job

having a secure and easily accessible spot right at the hotel made my trip so much more stress free. It's hard to come by parking in this area, so I was really relieved to find that they offer it for guests.

The king size room could be bigger. And they should have ash trays in the room if it's a smoking room.

no bathroom trash can or rolling tray in my room (i forgot to ask for them but they were there last time i stayed)
