Easy to find. Bottom floor of the house is gorgeous. The bathroom was incredible and clean. Wifi was super fast.

The bed wasn't the comfiest and the upstairs decor was pretty bare bones.

Clean room and bathroom. Was great to have the private bathroom to myself, even though it was just outside my door in the hallway. I didn't see anybody shady or anything in concerning during my stay, so it was very calm. Very simple room but they did their best to add nice touches, eg flowers, pictures, airing out the room upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised that despite being in a townhouse and cold weather, the shower had a great temperature as well as pressure. There was also a heater in my room which worked brilliantly. I had everything I really needed on this trip! The neighborhood was lovely as well, many delicious and affordable food options nearby including African and Latin American restaurants. I will also add that I arrived some late evenings (after 3am) and didn't feel unsafe (I am a 30-something female solo traveler). Thank you! :)

I do feel like it might be just a little bit overpriced for what it was (it may have been the dates I booked), and I did not get the same "feel" I got from the pictures - It's really just a stay in someone's house, not too much of a hotel vibe - so manage your expectations accordingly :) Unfortunately the gentleman who gave me my key didn't speak much English, so we laughed through broken French and English - but he was perfectly friendly and even carried my very heavy bag upstairs for me. This is my only reason for not rating the staff full points. One recommendation I would give to the hotel is to add one more blanket (Eg. Duvet) on the bed during winter (which can also reduce heating costs).

The room itself was very large, apportioned with lovely unique furniture including a comfortable couch. Solid wifi and good sized mini fridge.

cheap/small desk in the room made it awkward to work from. Room included a water filter station that ran out with no easy/obvious way to fix/refill.

Comfy bed and en-suite bathroom with great shower. Location in Brooklyn is near restaurants and the park. Communal kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils.

Check-in was a bit informal. One bed in the room was a little wobbly, but we didn't need it. Front door is sticky. Would have liked to be able to use the room deadbolt from the outside as well as the handle lock.

Booking.com app guest house location is not accurate. We used Google maps to find. Did not get an overall sense of feeling welcomed.

Beautiful home! The location was nearby our daughter and it was quiet. They also had soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The room needs to have enough towels for each day guests are staying. That said, we did ask for extra and they brought them up immediately. The ceiling fan light didn’t work well we had to unscrew it.

Great place, very clean spacious accommodation, very quiet location but only 10 min walk to subway to central nyc. Shops and restaurants in the area much cheaper than those in manhattan. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of extras, iron, hairdryer etc

The KLO House is conveniently located! For a good time in Brooklyn, this IS the place to be! My Husband and I will be returning in the near future.
