The hotel itself was clean, appeared to be properly maintained, and the staff was polite and professional. The breakfast had good variety.

The location is not the best. It was fairly loud yet still seemed sort of isolated, where you may expect more crime. We did not have any issues with crime during our stay, it just seemed like the type of area that would be prone to it. Also, while the breakfast had a very good variety for a hotel breakfast, it did not have the best quality of food. It also seemed pricey. However, compared to the other hotels in the area, it is comparable.

The actual rating is 2 stars, not 3. Nevertheless, the hotel is very clean both in the room and in other areas. Daily change of towels. Very friendly staff. The room is equipped with a toilet, a bathtub with a shower, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, everything works as it should. The only small complaint I have is the breakfast, it was weak - nothing fresh (except bananas), no salami, no cheese... sometimes even toasted bread was not available. Coffee and juice good. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively - except for the average breakfast, everything was fine. The fee for using a credit card at the reception is 20 USD (!) The bus 160, 163,164 that goes to Manhattan (3 zones for 4.50 USD) stops right outside the hotel, it is quite difficult to find the bus stop back from Manhattan :)

It is a cheap and pleasant hotel, it has everything you need for a stay in the United States, it is not so far from NY, just a few minutes by bus and car. I really liked that there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, there are 4 routes that go to NY, I recommend it 100%.

This is just to add something, but I would like to emphasize again that it is a good hotel and has everything you need for a good stay. Personally, I would have liked to have some additional service for lunch and dinner. If you don't have a vehicle, it would be a bit difficult to go out to eat.

The staff, especially the men on the front desk, were excellent. As many other people have said, it is a good place to catch a bus into New York City and the fare was surprisingly good. The hotel is well situated for a very large nearby arena. To have a bedside clock was an advantage. The room lighting was good. During the weekend the breakfast time stopped later than during the week, something that a lot of places should do, but don't. We took a taxi to one of the New York airports and the company they selected for us was excellent.

Because the hotel is near the arena they often have groups, which can mean the breakfast room is very full, especially on weekends. Breakfast had scrambled eggs which were more like little dry yellow bullets. One of us stopped having them after two mornings.

This Hotel is so close to New York and American Dream Mall. We took the bus right in front of the hotel to the Port Authority and could easily get to New York. Housekeeping was also great.

There seem to be no A/C in the hallways and inside the elevators. Both were very hot. The worst thing was the wifi it was spotty at best. I was told that nobody else had a problem with it. But that was untrue. It was a constant issue.

I liked that the location was very convenient for NJ Transit—it only took us about 15 minutes to get to Times Square. The hotel staff also provided us with an information sheet about it, which was really helpful.

The breakfast area was a bit small, and there wasn't much seating available. They didn’t have a great fruit selection—just a few green bananas. But aside from that, the breakfast was good, with a nice variety: bagels, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, waffles, and more.

The location, breakfast, and staff especially Joani and the curly hair guy who worked the night shift forgot his name they were very helpful with advice on locations to visit during my stay. Also very patient.

I didn't like that the hotel didn't have room service but I knew this before I booked so this wasn't a surprise.

The personnel was helpful, kind, and friendly, mainly the people serving the breakfast. It was about keeping the area and also responding to guest requests. Sandra and Juan were aware of our needs.

The other guests were disrespectful, making a mess with food and acting without boundaries. I do not want to point to nationality, but it would d be helpful to set some limits and rules regarding the common area, like the breakfast area. I would like to recognize the personnel's hard work in keeping the place comfortable.

Location near American Dream Mall. Bus stop for bus 160, 163, to Port Authority(Time Square for $5,15) in front of hotel. Spacious rooms. Decent breakfast ( incuded) They opened the meeting room to sit for brfst when eating area was crowded. 24 hour reception. Connected rooms.

Variety of food at brfst can be improved. But you can eat everyday

The location was good and the breakfast was ok ( I guess they could do better )the staff was exceptionally professional (we love the fact that our room has been cleaned every single day) the young man and young lady in the reception was very helpful.

The lighting in the room was really bad - it’s dark.
