Very clean! Entire staff in every area were welcoming and professional! A reflection of strong management and leadership. Little things that may not seem big but are huge .. like the dispensers of soap in the shower and sink area. Two good size garbage pails, most hotels are tiny. The coffee machine in the lobby with fresh coffee beans providing amazingly delicious coffee! The restaurant was absolutely outstanding!

There was no night light in the room. I usually put the bathroom light on and crack the door however the light and fan are on the same switch simultaneously. I did put the tv on and lowered the volume to zero as a solution.

The hotel was very clean and easy check in and check out process. The beds were comfy. The bar was an extra bonus since we were not ready to go to bed early. Had a few drinks at the bar - very reasonable prices.

I purchased breakfast with the hotel for additional fee. In the morning we went down for breakfast and there was supposed to be vouchers in the check in packet- I didn’t receive these. I had to go to the front desk. Then I was told my reservation only gets two vouchers for breakfast even though there was three of us. I had to pay out of pocket for the third breakfast which makes no sense. When booking for 3 adults in a room - if you buy the breakfast you should get breakfast included for all individuals in the room.

The beds are very comfortable the people at the front desk are so nice they warmed up cookies for us when we came in from a long drive I felt so at home I love how they're soap in the bathroom so you don't need soap .. I will be staying there again soon 🥰 it really felt like a vacation because of the excellent service and the comfort of the room and we were very pleased. I honestly can't wait to go back

There was not one thing that I didn't like . I really enjoyed my stay here. best hotel. Very sweet staff. Give them all raises LOL all jokes aside.

The beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific; there were a lot of items to choose from the menu. Francesco, the concierge, made our stay so pleasant. He was very kind to my family and me as he made special accommodations so that we would all feel comfortable and at home. Everyone on staff was so very kind. We appreciate that someone reached out to us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Kl

The staff is hands down the best staff I have ever encountered, and we travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. This was by far the BEST stay, from beginning to the end! The hotel is very clean, smells good and fresh. The room was wonderful. Breakfast was the absolute best. Both mornings I couldn’t finish because it was so much! And the breakfast staff was amazing! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

There was not one thing I didn’t like

the location couldnt be better,the hotel is beautiful with plenty of amenities pool,gym,bistro and bar what more could you ask for?

noise level especially at night people come in hang around talking loud especially the rooms with the glass that should be walled up can hear right through them! if we do go back I defibntely wouls ask for another location upstairs!

Easy to navigate and get to my room. There were breakfast and dinner menus in the room too that explained the surcharge for room service if I ordered any.

Other hotel guests were loud and I could hear them perfectly through the walls. The people next to me got into a loud argument kinda late at night

Excellent food, right in lobby

I had asked for handicapped room so my husband could Ave a walk in shower. There weren’t any available so it was hard for him to get in the shower without help. The desk attendant even walked us in to be sure there was one and tried to get one Bt none were vacant, I would have looked elsewhere had it said there weren’t any available when I booked.

The Staff was exceptional. Patrick was welcoming as we entered. Ant was such a nice server when we had breakfast. Letting us feel like family. Ethan the bartender that was a Jake of all trades. Getting everything done in cinch! Last but not least the host with the mustache and dark black glasses who when ever we entered or left made sure we felt welcomed 😌

We had to switch rooms three times due to lack of the thermostat working. Yet, they were trying there best to fix the problem. Truly appreciate it guys!

Our waiter we had at breakfast was very nice and accommodating. Beds were comfy and cozy.

One issue was we were there for Sunday night and were planning to eat dinner at the restaurant that Hours posted said 5 to 10 but the front desk told me that they were not open and it was only 6 o’clock so I considered that false advertisement. And then we were going to go to the bar area the man working who had cross eyes was not friendly at all he seemed super annoyed that we were coming in.
