I did not partake in breakfast since there weren’t eggs.

The filter basket on the coffee maker was missing & I had to go to front desk to request one. Also, there was no way to plug the bathtub (that I could see). I couldn’t figure out how to turn on and use the TV. An instruction booklet is needed.

The room was available early and this was most helpful. Having the breakfast meal available was great, especially the coffee. Truly appreciate the staff member who looked up the Metro schedule for me on her cell and directed me to the station. The water in shower was nice and hot. I love a good hot shower. Each day of my stay the room was cleaned. I was able to relax.

Availability of the pool. I would have loved to use the pool in the evening. It was not available. The refrigerator was not cooling well.

I have stayed here before and all amenities are close at hand, far enough away from the LIRR to avoid hearing the train every 30 minutes. Staff was accommodating. I needed a late check out which was a little mor than late but they accommodated me.

That I was three for pleasure instead of my aunt's funeral. Sad time but a pleasant stay

It was small but comfortable, in a very nice location with small shops within walking distance and the staff was helpful.

they didn’t provide any images of the bathroom beforehand. One of the tvs in our room wasn’t plugged in.

The room smelled of smoke and I don't smoke. Everything else was ok. Breakfast can change a bit to boiled eggs and sausages, just a change

I like the property but will love to review bookings that I use to book , Owner was very nice and refunded us so we could stay closer to the airport as I requested from booking and they said they contacted hotel management and they refused.

I love everything about the hotel didn’t like how booking handled my situation.

My stay was superb! I loved my room based on its amenities, location and the overall lay out of everything. I was traveling alone with my baby and LOVE from front desk was kind enough to have assisted me with my luggage to the room , which was well needed and appreciated. Give him a raise or something!♥️

maintenance and house keeping staff were always hospitable and always cleaning the rooms and grounds of the hotel property. especially the pool maintenance great job. I couldn’t help but notice the pool tech on grounds checking the levels daily as needed. Great Job overall. I’d recommend friends and family to the Rockville Center location.

Very cost effective stay and comfortable room

Rooms a bit dated, floors were dirty, pipes made loud noise when neighbors flush their toilet.

It’s was clean well lighted area not a bunch of guest hanging around outside.

Not sure if it would be a fire hazard, but I think microwaves can be in the rooms.
