Easy check in, and the people were very nice at the location. Easy access from Newark airport from where I was flying out of but had to find a place to stay due to flight cancellation.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was really the basics and not a lot to offer. The bread was not the freshest, and the fruit choices were very limited and small quantity. Also, not a place I would want my family to stay as some of the people outside on the street looked a little shady, and would not have felt it safe for my kids to be outside without adult supervision.

The rooms are missing a lot of commodities and accessories. No clothing iron, no closet where to put your suitcases. No blow-dryer in the bathroom, no accessories such as a hair cap and toothpaste as well. They serve a cold breakfast with barely not much to eat. It should be way cheaper for the price they are charging people. A single bed like theirs should be less than $100 a night. $76 the night would be a reasonable price.

I called in advance as I usually do to see if I early check in can be an option. I also confirm my rate and deposit ($35 if on card, $100 if using cash). Upon arrival, I was told that the deposit had raised 4 weeks prior. Thankfully, we always have extra money on hand when doing little staycations and are used to paying higher deposits for higher priced hotels. But many times people only have enough to cover what they’re quoted. I also find the price kind of high for room size and location. I think moving forward I’m going to go back to Fairfield Inn or Hilton. I’m willing to pay $30 more for space.

The location is nice. The room is clean and have everything you can possibly need. The staff is really nice and helpful.

One time, the door in my bathroom just locked, but the women from the housekeeping showed me how to open it pretty easily. Also, there was a super noisy guy, and it distributed a lot. One of the guests tried to calm him down, but it was for nothing :( but in general, this place is perfect

Staffs was good, cleanliness was good. Overall it was ok.

Breakfast was really disappointing. No good option as well as always food was almost done whenever I reach the breakfast area. They don't backfill and when I asked, they said it is done for the day. Other than the breakfast, everything was ok. Room doesn't had a closet. That was kind of uncomfortable for us.

Very good value for money. Good quality rooms, well maintained. Nice location with public transport conveniently located. Port Richmond avenue bus stop right on its doorstep with buses to the Staten Island ferry terminal and other routes. Fair breakfast.

It was a good experience and location close to cruise terminal. There was no off street parking and no spots available when we arrived. That was a bit difficult, but we were able to make it work. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Forgot the name of the lady that checked me in, but she was very pleasant to deal with. When I got to the room everything was clean and neatly arranged. The bed was super comfortable, and the harder / stiffer pillows were a blessing
