Great location in a historic building with beautifully curated art and Cincinnati memorabilia. Perfect walking distance to Over-the-Rhine, restaurants/coffee shops and theater. All staff were so pleasant and personable, particularly the front desk. We also really appreciated the helpful valet. The in-house restaurant Metropole was perfect for brunch with kind staff and delicious dishes. Overall, a top notch hotel option for weekend stay. I will certainly stay there in the future!

Excellent location close to all amenities in downtown Cincinnati. The staff were extremely helpful, as we brought our bikes with us and they kept them just behind reception. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We didn't eat, but we had cocktails and the barman was top-notch. And of course- the art is great.

The property advertised a roof terrace, but it was closed. We were told it only opens in the summer.

We loved the hotel, its in the middle of the city, perfect location. Beautiful art work on the walls, reserve time to enjoy them. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The breakfast, not even sure if this is actually part of the hotel, tower, it took for ever to get it and then it was not good.

I love the location of the hotel. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed perusing the exhibits. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but we were able to walk to nearby restaurant.

The only gripe is I asked to pay with a different card than what I booked with. The employee said yes but the card I booked with was charged instead of the one provided at check in.

areas of the hotel need updated. For example, carpet in the room was frayed. Although the bedding was certainly Covid, safe with the double sheets in a blanket if you want to sleep with the room cool this was not enough to keep you comfortable. I wish there had been a duvet with a cover that was changed. we had a suite with a large extra room and sectional and dining table. Refrigerator was not stocked with any amenities to purchase and there was no microwave.

Great location also basically a hotel inside an art museum. Very unique. We also loved the restaurant.

Our room was a little dusty, and the shower handle was broken and didn’t attach to the plumbing properly so it was a little dangerous. But the room itself was very nice.

Perfect location to bars and restaurants! It was a short walk to the river. The beds were comfortable, walking around the gallery was great, and the rooms service Opera Cake was perfect!

The only let down was that I wanted tot ray a cinnamon roll and French press from the restaurant inside but it was closed for Memorial Day and we didn’t see any signs, but it was a short walk to the original Taste of Belgium and we got some goetta so not a huge deal.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Interesting art displayed throughout the hotel. Room was upgraded to a well appointed and spacious suite. We will definitely stay again.

Valet parking isn't off the street. There wasn't always space in front of the hotel to valet which resulted in being in traffic trying to exit the vehicle with kids.

We loved the museum and the artwork on the 1st two floors. The Location was EXCEPTIONAL! Complimentary bourbon upon our stay was a nice touch to check out their restaurant.

We didn't like that there was no microwave in our room.

Breakfast was phenomenal, and the location was great! Tons of stuff to do, plenty of attractions, food, and entertainment.

Honestly hard to say. We've stayed in 5 star hotels between New York and Florida and 21C was by far our favorite, exceeding all expectations. Thank you.
