I appreciated the spacious room, easy interstate access, and the lighting in the bathroom. The shower was very large, which was nice. The new GM seems like a great guy who takes pride in his job.

I didn’t like the parking lot being full of semi truck and box trucks. But! Truckers have to stay the night somewhere too! The Spectrum cable was kind of confusing to use, but that very well could just be Spectrums fault. The reading lights didn’t work.

We loved the suite design, comfort of the rooms. Very good on cleanliness and hosekeeping. TV steup. Terrific value for money - Thank you!

Maintenance issues. Had to change rooms. First room had a lot of intermittent noise from a/c heat system that we could not turn off. There were one or two bulbs out. Customer Service Excellent, room changed immediaely without question. Our second room had loose unusable? outlets above the bedside tables and the reading lights did not work.

I wish that the food was labeled. We didn't know if the sausage were pork or not and when I asked the attendant they said it was both turkey and pork however they had both mats in the same pan. It was unfortunate. The property was clean, quiet and welcoming.

The attendant who tended to the breakfast was quite rude and intimidated my daughter because she took the last of a food item. She talked at her saying "so you're the one that took the last of it, I guess I have to go get more" then grunted and walked away. My husband did speak the front desk about this issue, however, this behavior should have never have happened to my 13 year old daughter. This was not the first time my husband had an issue with this person. The day prior he had a similar issue with this attendant.

The room was clean and smelled good. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pull out sofa, not so much . Could probably use an update on the mattress.

Our refrigerator did not work. We notified the front desk, shortly after the maintenance man came to help. We left for our event and came back and the fridge was still not working. We lost some food because of this. Had to throw it away. From that a smell was in the room. We notified the front desk once again to let them know.

I love the temp of the pool and that I could go exercise by myself. I like how you had to be let in people in so security is very high.

I did notice that the ring around the pool had been there for a while so that was unpleasant people had scratched their initials in the grime.

They were able to accommodate our Motorhome in their parking lot. It was very walkable to many local eateries. It was nice to have a good selection of hot and cold breakfast options. The bed was very comfortable.

We were really disappointed that the pool was not open. It was one of the main reasons why I booked this particular hotel.

Was clean and quiet near the freeway close enough to YSU campus to be convenient.

I just am sick of never feeling like I am getting a value. Rates are different every time I go there and this is my 4th or 5th time. I get everyone is trying to get what they can out of the customer, but as the customer I’m tired of the process.

Everything about this stay - staff, accommodations, amenities, etc. - except one - was absolutely exceptional. The furnishings were all stylish and in good shape, the carpet was new and fresh, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the room layout/design was excellent. We were very impressed overall.

The only problem was that the shower mixing valve in our bathroom didn't mix hot and cold water at all - the water was either completely off, or it was scalding hot, with no in between. I tried showering by quickly jumping in and out of the water stream, but finally gave up and rinsed the soap off using the bathroom sink. Everything else about our stay exceeded our expectations, but this was something that really needs to be taken care of, not just for guest comfort, but to prevent someone really getting scalded.

Location, staff and how clean this hotel was. You can smell how clean the facility is when you walk in. The breakfast was good as well. Plenty of parking. Pool is clean and secure.

The bed you can feel the springs on it and the shower there was no cold water even trying to adjust it as well. I almost burned myself in the shower.

Great breakfast and friendly staff who went out of their way to answer questions regarding allergies /food restrictions. Ashlan, in particular, was the lady in charge at the kitchen. She was so helpful and kind and even got us extra food for my hungry kids - even after the breakfast time had officially ended. I was really impressed by her. The hotel manager was also very friendly, kind, and helpful.
