We loved the location - it was only 10 minutes from where my daughter lives. We loved that the facility was super clean & smelled amazing. We loved that the breakfast was always good each morning. We also loved the staff - they were so accommodating & even helped me when I left something in the room after we checked out & were back home. If you're looking for a great place to stay on minutes from the city without breaking the bank, you should definitely consider this hotel! I know this will be my go to when I visit my daughter again!!

Wish they had an elevator but it's an older facility so I get it.

We ended being upgraded to a sweet because I reserved a king bed but they were all sold our which I reserved over a month before our trip.

The kitchen was outdated in our sweet. No utensils or pans to use the stove anyways. Could have got an Airbnb and had kitchen stuff for the same price. Also the showers are horrible. Our first night my husband went to the desk to ask about them, because water was getting all over the floor and walls and we had to use several towels to clean the mess up daily. I also hate how the shower head is on the ceiling because I'm 5 ft and couldn't move it. I'm sure there was no thought about someone's height when doing them. If your not going to have an enclosed shower have the glass on the one side cover more area because it was so cold in there.

Clean, tidy, and everything needed for a couple of nights stay for business. Great breakfast. Spacious room with desk and plenty of wall plugs and charging sockets. Quiet road, close to some shops which was handy.

Room was serviced in the morning even though I hadn't put the tag on the door to request this. I would have preferred that it wasn't unless I had requested it. Still about 20-25 minutes into town in the morning - seemed a bit out of the way for Ubers? But it was straight forward getting to town once the Ubers arrived.

We've stayed here before. It's almost exactly 1/2 way between Bloomington, IL & Milton, FL. We meet at this exit to pick up & drop off grandkids to spend time with us. Plus, there's a Waffle House there. None of these in IL! It's convenient & cost effective to stay here.

I think our room, #118, could use a fresh coat of paint & check the door. The door rattled every time someone else left their room. On Saturday morning, it got a little annoying. I didn't say anything because I figured a lot of people were checking out. And, if they advertise 24hr coffee, someone should probably check out often to make sure there is coffee. I know it only takes 7 mins to make. I just thought I'd mention it since my husband made a stink about it. Lol

Breakfast was adequate. Powdered eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bread for toast. Location was very convenient. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by hotel. Our queen suite appears to have originally been a small one bedroom apartment that had been converted to hotel room.

Shower only which is only partially closed in with no curtain. Ours drained so slowly that you were left standing in dirty water as you showered. Parking was tight. Hotel layout was a little disjointed. No elevator.

What a lovely little hotel. Totally did not expect it to be so cute. We had a living room and kitchenette with a separate bedroom, which I was not expecting. The living room area was large and had a gas fireplace that we greatly enjoyed! The kitchen was convenient although you couldn't really cook in it. The bedroom was also large, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice too. The breakfast in the morning was very complete and offered a nice variety of choice. We enjoyed the Brentwood area and wished we had more time to explore it, but we were here for a soccer game for my son, so it wasn't possible.

It would have been nice to have a toaster oven, since I don't like using microwaves. I also would have preferred it if the shower had a sliding glass door. I am being a bit nit picky though. We had a very nice stay and would definitely come back.

It was very good for the price and the staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom was very nice. The lobby was clean. The breakfast seemed to have a good variety. It was also in a very good location, and I personally loved the outside charm of it. I thought it was very cute. I would book again.

No complaints other than there was a slight funny smell in the room. I wouldn't say it was a horrible smell, but I would notice it when I would walk into the room. Kinda like an old building smell, for me it wasn't that big of a deal, but if smells are a big problem for you then I guess that's something to consider.

The location was perfect for us, going to Nashville Downtown. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Very easy check in and check out. Check out is at 11:00

It is an older hotel but it is clean and kept up. You can hear your neighbors a little but it was never a problem. We really only heard neighbors when people were waking up and checking out or getting ready for the day. I would definitely stay again

Large room with Livingroom/kitchenette and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, pastries and yogurt. Internet seemed to be fast and was reliable. I know I wrote a lot in the 'didn't like' section; however, I had a good overnight and would plan to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Not the motel's fault but coming from the south on I-65 you have to get off the exit and over to the left lane within less than 100 yards. Instead, I made the first right and then turned around and came back to the traffic light. Motel needs to make more effort to let people know there is no elevator. TV in the bedroom didn't work, the one in the living room did. No step shower got the floor very wet and slippery, with no bathmat to step onto.

Very clean and the breakfast was a great setup! Nice staff!! Older facility remodeled. Note - there stairs no elevator for many rooms so keep that in mind. We did enjoy the larger room and double kings beds x 2 for family. These may have been apartments remodeled to be a hotel. There have been updates and a lot of attention to detail. Excellent location near shopping and restaurants!

If not expecting stairs, it’s surprising. I may have missed that on details. It’s only 2 floors. Not a big deal.
